A great little oasis for audiophiles. Friendly and helpful staff with a large selection of headphones and amps - many of which are available for sampling. Well worth a visit!

Been shopping here for a few years now, and all I can say are great things about the place. Everyone is super friendly and give really great advice, and are always willing to help out. Really great place whether you're new to the hobby, or have some experience.

The guys in store were very helpful, not pushy just let me chill and listen to all the different headphones I wanted to try. Helped me out with a recommendation on a pair that I wasn't aware of and after listening they were the ones I ended up buying. Great place.

Professional retail service. Able to try before purchase, will offer to inform you for an items arrival eg.accessories for a brand new product. Totally concerned for customers needs. Be nice to them, quite a special store.

Amazing range of headphones, IEMs, Amps, DACs, digital audio players and even cables- which are almost always available to try via their demo units. Staff are always friendly, highly knowledgeable and are obviously passionate about audio. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased two products from Minidisc online, and I've been very happy with their fast dispatch times and great customer service. The initial product I ordered (Fiio E10k TC) had some issues with my IEMs, so as a beginner to audio I emailed Minidisc, and received a response very quickly within the next few hours. Their suggested solution worked as I ordered the second product from them, and just wanted to share my positive experience with their easy to navigate online store and fast service.

Absolutely amazing store, crazy to see so many headphones ranging from audiophile-grade to consumer bluetooth in a brick and mortar store in Australia of all places. We came in today so my father could try a pair of HD800S and a few other headphones, (a great aspect of Minidisc) and we left very satisfied with the HD800 and a Diablo amplifier, as well as a set of Final Audio Design E2000s.

Headphones aside what really makes Minidisc a great place is the honest and educated advice the employees there give you, most notably Lachlan, (who, I just found out was an experienced audio equipment reviewer on YouTube) who was nothing but helpful during our time there and offered many different headphones for my dad to try. He was extremely patient and friendly and clearly has a devotion to and extensive knowledge of the audiophile space.

If you're looking to get good advice about any kind of audio product in Australia then Minidisc is the best place to go.

Minidisc showed an exceptional level of service when I had a product warranty claim. They provided me the original sales invoice (which I had lost), and sent me a brand new replacement product very quickly. I recommend Minidisc with this level of customer care and service.

Extremely recommended - I can't say how much I love dealing with these guys - anytime a new headphone comes out that I KNOW I have to get, these guys are the first and pretty much the only place I have to contact to get my audio fix.
I probably bought at least 5-6 headphones in the last 3 years and not regretted on single one.
Friendly, willing to listen and answer my many questions (must be annoying but I always just want to ask about details that would bother me if I didn't ask), and willing to price match keeps me loyal to the core.

Very good customer service. Just bought a pair of DT 1990's here, but spent probably over an hour and a half trying and comparing them to the Sundara's. Interrupting the staff periodically with newbie questions. Being able to try before you buy and the patient knowledgeable service mean they are now easily my first choice for where to by audio gear.
