Minicrete Concrete

Was a shame I didn’t catch the guy who picked up the phone but he definitely HATES his job. He was rude, impatient and sounded annoyed, also hung up on me when I didn’t finish talking, what an embarrassment to represent the company. I’ve used these guys before, very helpful and got the order underway smoothly hence I’m calling to have another section done again.
It could be many reasons, but the guy is NOT fit for customers service, needs a day off or because it’s a Monday!

Rude and racism phone service.i was only asking few questions about their services, he asked me to call with somebody who speaks english and hangup the phone.later when i call him again he just hangup directly.

Terrible service. Very rude over the phone, they came with double the amount of concrete that my partner asked for and left us with the over pour. Got stuck with a $650 bill at the tip to get rid of all the excess we didn't ask for. Also never called back after they said they will investigate. UNTRUSTWORTHY AND POORLY MANAGED COMPANY

Highly recommend mini Crete, used them for a home renovation. Very helpful, friendly, driver was professional and punctual. Will definitely use these guys again.

I was recommended by a team leader from Canterbury Bankstown City Council. On my first order of concrete, I found the team at Minicrete to be extremely patient and helpful. I have used them for the past 10 years, and never had a problem! Minicrete prices are competitive and quality is top notch. I would highly recommended these guys everyday. Rude and Uneducated workers, go to school and learn what is serviece. No wonder there are so many bad reviews.

Excellent service. Booked concrete for 11.10.2019.11.30am. Company called around 10.30am to confirm. Truck arrived on time. Paid COD. Driver grabbed a shovel to help spread the concrete around He was very helpful and professional. All up, was a smooth experience. JIM Burwood.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to book.
Also noticed the "quality" of the reviews. So I thought I would give them a go.

Booked Monday for first delivery Wednesday.
Received a confirmation call Tuesday afternoon.
Driver arrived 5 min early and was more then helpful.

Left the job clean, no hidden charges.

One of the best premixed concrete business in Sydney, high quality products and friendly customer service.

Small job requiring 2.6m3 on a Saturday morning, day before company rang to confirm all good. Truck was 10 mins early with driver very friendly and helpful.
Will definitely use again and recommend.

No wonder of why others has put review of poor customer service and extremely rude manner people on the phone! Just experienced very rude attitude over the phone, I was told to not call them before!

Poor costumer service and extremely rude phone manner. Ordered 2m3 and changed the order to 1.6m3 of concrete but still charged my credit card for 2m3 and ignored the phone conversation for the order to be changed. Absolute grub and dishonest.
