8My son has been going here for a year now and he loves this place. The educators are very warm and welcoming and I cannot recommend this place enough.
There should be option for Zero ratings. This day care deserve for zero ratings. I been multiple states in Australia and both kids are enrolled in various states day care service provider. I noticed this is the very worst day care.staff are very rude and under qualified. They except kids should picked up 3 PM or even earlier. Educators are good in pointing out the various illness like ADHD, sleeping trauma etc though you are kid is perfectly alright. I am eagerly waiting to get any other day care availability to move kids
If there is 0 stars, I would give that rating. Mind champs parramatta branch is the worst day care ever I have seen. I am happy finally my kid is finishig up the notice period with this day care this week. Even after going to that day care for more than 18 months, my kid cries everytime he is going there. Care, hygiene is really bad. Teachers (Very Rude to parents and kids)
Worst day care ever.my kid is currently going to this day care Parramatta branch and I am honestly saying that I am sending him there because none of the other day care are available.they don't care about the kids, they don't give water to the kids.they don't even clean up the kid after he did poop forget about food, worst day care.i have applied to other day care the moment I got the other day i am moving him.
My daughter loves it at Mindchamps and adores all of the staff. She has thrived since starting here last year.
This childcare center is quite unusual. They get whole of your and your kid's personal information before starting conversation. You need to compromise heaps of personal information even before they would say whether they can arrange for a tour or have vacancy. If you aren't more than certain to choose this center, better think twice before enquiring. It's a very unusual way of data accumulation and preparing database for use later.
We enrolled our first child into Mindchamp's Parramatta when she was 10 months old. As a first time parent and an over protective father I was extremely nervous to leave my little girl with anyone. Sarah and the team have without a doubt exceeded all our expectations. All the staff are extremely professional and absolutely amazing with my daughter, we truly could not be happier. I strongly recommend Mindchamps Parramatta and could honestly not fault a thing.
Excellent Service. Shopped around for centres in Parramatta and this one seemed to stand out with their friendly approach and customer-focused attitude. Would definitely recommend, if you believe in the development of your children and their well-being then this centre is it.
