Mindarie Park reviews
29A well thought out playground from an adult perspective. My granddaughter had a brilliant time investigating and running around exploring.
Lots of different equipments even a multi function basket/soccer court very nice but lack of parkings
Well made Park for kids of all ages. Plenty to do for the little ones. Usually not very crowded. Natural shades from the trees make it pretty convenient. The locals around the area are pretty friendly and easygoing. There's a water strain inside the park and there are toilets right next to it. Parking is available around the park. Highly recommended for a relaxed time with your baby.
Excellent park with some grassy area behind the playground and exercise equipment for older people as well.
Amazing, multi-faceted playground.
Highly recommended for children of all ages. It can get very busy in the main playground. There is also the “geriatric” equipment, a basketball / footsal court and some additional wooden equipment on the lower level.
Be warned, parking can be a bit of a nightmare (but no worse than a beach on a mildly popular day).
My favourite park in Lane Cove to visit with my toddler. The equipment is suitable for all ages (some supervision needed for toddlers in high places), fenced in, great swings, and the ground is covered in rubber so it’s perfect even for pre-walkers. Good coffee shop, bbq facilities and other play sections too. Watch out for bush turkeys.
Great playground. Things to do for different ages. Parking, coffee shop and toilets nearby. Has it all!
Best preschool playground park in district. Has coffee shop in park. Pity there is only five car spots which are generally filled by tradies working on nearby unit construction
Amazing park! Really big and good selection of play equipment. Also has good picnic area, a food kiosk and bathrooms close by. Only downside is parking can be difficult when busy.
Have been coming to this park for almost 4 years now and have watched it turn from the old park with a small equipment into the one it is now. This park has everything for both the little and big kids. The multiplay area at the back is great for the not so little kids and as is the little climbing zone. And the equipment is amazing for the little ones.
Have been bringing my kids here for years great basketball court for the older kids and slides and climbing for the younger kids. There’s also a coffee shop here which Is a bonus very friendly park which is also fenced off.
Main playground which is fenced all round and has soft flooring throughout. Also two smaller playgrounds in the whole area - all really well thought out and great for kids. Also green area with flat pavement for scootering, toilet, cafe, fair amount of parking around the place, basketball court. Overall one of the best kids areas in the area
Got kids! Come here for the equipment
Got Seniors! There’s exercise equipment for you too
Got meat! BBQ ready!
Own a house around here - sell quickly before you get engulfed by all the apartments being built
A lot of things to play for the kid in the playground. There is also a basketball court, BBQ, small coffee vendor, and toilets.

Good park. Lot of play options. Plenty of slides, swings, climbing surfaces. Also has a seperate teen area with more climbing. Avoid on hot days as there is less shade.
Awesome structure for fun, gymn and relax. Children love it. Still some part under construction but I hope it will be finish soon.
This is a fantastic Park for kids as well as a body weight exercise and coordination area for elderly people. There are two child friendly areas, one for kids from 1-5 which is very extensive, one of the best I've seen and one for kids 5-8 which is more about climbing and balance. It has larger gaps between the platforms so a bit challenging for 2 years olds. Also the structure is less forgiving, not padded just very hard logs, so a fall onto the wood might not end well. There's also a fantastic basketball court with football (soccer) goals. New lines and a low fence on the side to stop the ball going too far into the Bush. There's also a small bike track and grass field, a BBQ area and parking off Mowbray road. Well done Lane Cove council!
New Park with a gated kids playground, exercise course and a second kids playground, basket ball courts and BBQ area.
If you haven't been here before, this is definately a playground to add to your list. Gated playground with an amazing array of unique features and play equipment to interest everyone from babies to big kids.lots of hidey holes, climbing walls, slides, a ROW of at least 6 different types of swing equipment, and a big multi person boat. The area is really expansive and my children turned the seniors gym area into a ninja warrior course, then explored another play area.designed with organic looking sticks, and tree trunks to climb, rope walks and a big fort. This is adjacent to a basketball court, so fun for all ages. Definately worth the trip.
