Minas Hair Salon

I had my hair cut, washed and blow dried here today and I’m still shocked at how a place run like this can be busy. The place is filthy. Probably hasn’t been cleaned since they’ve opened. Thick dust on the aircon vents being blowed into the air. Skirting boards riddled with dust and hair. Upholstery ripped and stained.
I would have normally walked out and not allowed a place thats filthy to touch my hair but had no other choice as my usual hairdresser is away.
The staff seemed unhappy to be working there, they made comments about how they can wait to go home, how overworked and understaffed they are and how certain staff members pretend to be sick to go home, it felt like a really toxic environment.
While the hairdresser who assisted me was nice; she didn’t have a clue as to what she was doing. I asked for a straight blowdry with the ends curved in, a style I’ve been doing my whole life and other hairdressers have always been able to achieve. I walked out with tight goldilocks curls from the 90s.
Won’t be back nor do I recommend.

Had a great experience at Mina's hair salon. We booked the private ladies room for 3 of us. My stylist, Mariam, did an amazing job! All the staff were lovely, friendly and very professional. Would definitely go back and recommend others, especially my hijab friends:)

It is so nice to finally find a place that actually does a fantastic job. Today I got the best cut fringe I’ve ever had, with excellent precision and style for my type of face and hair. Angie was absolutely phenomenal, friendly and gave honest feedback and care tips for my type of hair. I got the best blowdry I have had in a salon — and to top it off, she cut and layered the front of my hair so that it blended well unlike other hair salons I’ve been to. Overall, Minas has gained a regular customer today and I recommend them. 10/10 work!

I got highlights done today for my natural curly hair and WOW WOW!
I was terrified from getting highlights as it was my first time ever dying my hair, but I showed Mina a photo of what I wanted and he did it exactly!
I'm so happy with the way it turned out, with how friendly all the staff is and the overall experience. I've been also getting my hair cut and trimmed there and always great!

Minas and his staff are highly trained and experienced. I have get my hair foils done today.
It was hard job though what I wanted but Minas and his staff was very dedicated to the work they have done. I am so happy for their work. I am loving my hair.

Went in for a wash and blow dry, and turned out to be one of the best i've ever had! Hair was washed well, blow dry was bouncy and full of volume. Perfect at blow drys, excellent colourist and is a perfectionist when it comes to cutting hair! Super impressed with his team and their customer service. Reasonably priced, parking right out front, beautiful salon and uses great quality products. Definitely going back!

My three girls love going there, they love the treatment they receive and care that is taken in cutting and styling their hair. For me Mina is that hairdresser I’ve been looking for. He really know what I want done with my hair and never disappoints me, I always leave there with a smile and really satisfied with my hair style. They are fantastic with kids boys and girls all ages.
