Easy to book, easy to park, friendly reception, Farah is a great doctor - fabulous all round.

Dr Farah Kroman is an incredibly efficient, well spoken and reassuring practitioner. I presented with an unusual medical case and not only was I able to secure an immediate referral to a specialist, Dr Farah also collated and advised on another set of test results on the spot. Throughout the consultation, she actively listened and took notes while discussing her points clearly and carefully. She is an asset to the centre and I left with a referral letter, test results and a feeling of clarity on next steps forward. The front desk team are also exceptional communicators and extremely efficient - what a great centre!

Welcoming, clean and on time. I found my gp to be a personable good listner with clear and concise explanation on my reasons to visit. The total consultation time was less than 15 minutes.

Friendly Staff. Went in for my 2 Booster Shot, Nurse was quick with the Injection and was painless.

The ladies at reception are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I have been seen by Dr Farah Kromer and Dr Joy Turner, both of which are wonderful women and Doctors.
They are effective communicators, very empathetic, know their stuff whilst remaing very professional. I always walk away from a consultation feeling I have been heard. The nursing staff are caring and gentle. Thank you to all at the Milsons Point Medical Centre.

I used to love visiting this clinic as I do not need to wait for so long before being taken care of. But I was so disappointed/update about their service today. I booked the flu shot at 4: 15pm and arrived there around 4: 10pm. I talked to the reception and filled in the form as per request. There's no reason for her to forget about me but the nurse told me that she did not check me in after a long waiting period. Every one's time is valuable and please respect that.

Convenient location opposite the station. Lovely doctors and staff and long opening hours.

I had my iron infusion here. All the staff were very welcoming and efficient. They went above and beyond to make me feel at ease during the whole process. Would highly recommend.

I began consulting Medical Practitioners and Practice Nurses of Milsons Point Medical Practice mid-2021, after emerging from treatment for lung cancer at Northern Sydney Cancer Centre, Royal North Shore Hospital.

I am profoundly grateful to Dr Farah Kroman, Dr Choy and other Medical Practitioners for their wise advice and assistance to ameliorate serious side affects of treatment of my underlying lung cancer.

Practice Nurses Luu and Tran have delivered all my Flu and CoVID vaccinations - painlessly. And recently they have been working with the Medical Practitioners to dress and heal wounds to both my legs.

I feel that I'm on the verge of being able to resume my pre-cancer, independent life-style and resume work on a thesis I've planned to write.

The Reception Staff have all been courteous, friendly and very efficient in all my many contacts with the Practice.

Polite and on time, lovely staff and very efficient by allowing you to complete various forms online prior to appointment time.

Everything was good till this stupid attiude from sara who cant mange her self and managing the medical centre.

So great to have a face to face with a Doctor again, my first visit here was seamless, stress free, the nurse who got my vitals and gave me a flu shot was amazing and I am happy with the Doctor I saw. I highly recommend the facility.

My visit was easy, appointment on time and Sarah on front reception was welcoming. Parking was plentiful.
