Likes to send unsolicited text messages. I also have no idea where you got my number from because I've never rented in that part of Sydney and haven't lived in Sydney for almost ten years.

Disappointing. Completely unresponsive experience for a colleague and I looking to rent an apartment. Does the junior agent Sam Bardy and others not use their phones?

I'm not one to leave negative reviews; however, this is the worst experience I have had with any company, real estate or otherwise.

The first property manager lacked professionalism and was very rude. Wrong information was provided multiple times, the entry condition report was not signed by the agent, unwanted furnishings were not removed as agreed, and said property manager was snarky when I raised issues. Seriously poor behavior and conduct.

I understand that mistakes and miscommunications do occur; however, these were not dealt with in a satisfactory way, and I had to involve the landlord to resolve some of the issues. It was a stressful experience and I regretted selecting the property, and was only delighted to relocate to a different home.

I have had the pleasureable experience of engaging with Milson RE for the past few years, and particularly with Phil Bell. His diligence, attention to detail and focus made our experience all the more satisfying. Milson RE and Phil are highly recommended as local area experts.

Even though Kurt Malouf is a Junior Sales Assistant, I find him Very Approachable. He is Well Groomed, Well Spoken and a Good Listener. He has a Great Future ahead of him in Real Estate.

I have personally had a great experience with Milson Real Estate: really high level of professionalism, patience, commitment. I was assisted by mr. Kurt Malouf during the open inspection and by mr. Phil Bell for a second private inspection; both agents have been extremely, extremely polite, professional, diligent, even beyond our expectations. We are a family of 3 with a 1 year old child and we roamed around Sydney for a month before finding the right place to live in. A big part of our decision to settle in Milson's area was due to Milson Real Estate agency and the two guys I have mentioned. Highly recommended to everyone. Certainly the best agency among the 10/12 we liaised with in Sydney, during the last month. Five + stars!

Congratulations on your recent sales of 153/48 Alfred St South and 1710/30 Glen Street! I'm super impressed that you managed to fulfil literally the most basic requirement of your jobs, which is to sell properties!

Regrettably, the "No Junk Mail" sign on my letterbox actually applies to you too. I know, I know, it's really hard to believe that anybody might not want to hear about your awesome exploits conquering Sydney's really estate melee, one 1-bedroom apartment at a time. But believe it not, I actually couldn't care less. Which it turns out, is precisely why I put a sign on my letterbox - just to give you a heads up. Turns out that your unsolicited boasting is even *more* annoying than never ending Thai and pizza menus.

Please stop wasting cardboard, printer ink, your time, and my time.

This is where property management gets a bad name, Milson Real Estate are a prime example. Given a number of defects and safety concerns, we've tried to contact them on a number of occasions, once they find out you're a tenant, they're instantly less interested. I've been told quite literally "it is not our problem" and "what exactly do you expect us to do about this", when i questioned their professionalism, they begun getting defensive and from there on ignored me. This my friends, is what causes tenants to move out, please do your research and pick a property manager wisely.

We are still amazed at how wonderful or selling experience with Phil was. Phil was incredibly thorough, communicative, and empathetic to our wants and needs. Not only did he meet all of our requests, he surpassed our expectations from start to finish. We closed quickly, received over our asking price, and solidified the contracts with lightning speed. Phil is genuine and unpretentious, such a rarity in his field. You are in very capable hands with Phil, hands down, he's the best. 5 stars!

Nat Worden is honestly one of the best real estate agents that I have been across so far. She goes above and beyond to help you finding the right place. She actually listens, not only looking for the commission, very responsive, very kind and helpful. If you are looking for the perfect agent honestly look no more Nat is the one you're looking for.

The new property manager is very hit and miss hardly speaks English and hardly there at all. Where did the good property manager go? At least he cared. I’ll be moving out soon. Not a happy tenant

They seem ok, a little inexperienced in my opinon.

The other staff were better but they changed people.

Seems they are getting cheaper people to work there to save $$ - so sad how they replace good staff with less great ones. Very basic, very average. You get what you pay for!

Nat is a wonderful person. She is very responsive and helpful. We are happy with the service from Nat and the Milsons real estate team and would recommend to anyone.

Phil Bell is the best professional I have come accros in the real state world. I rented in one of the Milson appartments for more that a year due to the pandemic. At the begining, he patiently helped me choose the right appartment for me and then when I moved in, any time I had a problem with the appartment, he inmediately took action to solve it or kept me in the loop until it was solved. He is very responsive and diligent at the same time as a positive, energetic and pleasant person to deal with. I will not hesitate to recomend him and the Milson Real Estate to anybody. As a landlord, we have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Milson RE and our friendly property manager, Adrian Bruno, who has successfully been able to secure a new tenant for us. Adrian was very professional, transparent and in particular, helpful and patient in explaining things to me. He was also prompt and proactive to find answers in response to my queries as well as keeping us up to date in our search for a new tenant. I have no hesitation in recommending Adrian as a reliable, responsible and respectful property manager.
