Plus size friendly waxing! If you're a big girl too, you know this can be intimidating and they have always made me feel so comfortable. I have been going here for a few years now, both for waxing and fraxel laser. Always a friendly, enjoyable experience. The staff are just lovely. 10/10

This is very professional salon in laser hair removal area.
Stephanie does excellent job in laser hair removal space and i will keep going to this salon because staff are excellent.

I did the laser hair removal on the front part of my neck. The first section was super painful and I thought to give up. But after a week I could already see the result and it was xcellent, so I returned for more sections. Afterwards, each section was less painful than the previous one.
I'm super satisfied with the result after 5 months.
The customer service is very good as well.

My journey with why I considered Milk medi spa out of all the various establishments n Sydney starts in 2016 and all the credit honeslty goes to Peter. When I first visited the place for my first ever wax it was a painful exp since I had a lot of hair on my chest and back. Had it not been for Peter I would not have been able to get through the treatment at all. He is a ver patient and calm individual and he constantly kept talking to me distracting me and literally encouraged me through my first wax.

This is why when I decided to do laser hair removal in 2019 I first checked if Peter was still with them and then chose to book with Milk Medi Spa. I have had around 10+ sessions of hair removal with them and have literally no hair left considering my Indian descent I was a hairy bear. I would have continued my sessions with them had I not moved back to India. The machine they use is extremely efficient I mean u can literally hear the hairs being zapped as the machine rolls over the skin. The treatment is also very fast since the machine needs to go over the areas only once.

My recommendations is 100000% for Milk Medi spa their staff, their booking process follow up, the facilites, the machine everything is top notch.
