Millers

Every time I buy a dress from Millers I have to have it repaired! I went in today for black trousers and they tell me that I can only exchange or get a credit, but not get my money back if there’s an issue! I thought that was against consumer law! I won’t be shopping here again. Not impressed at all!

I investigated Australian Consumer Laws and have found that Millers Stores are in breach of the law regarding their no refund and credit note or exchange only policies! Be aware of your rights!

The most unfriendliest staff as a jumper was purchased by a friend as going by the tag size it should fit. The senior staff personal don't worry if to tight or small bring it back we shall exchange. As it was to tight bought back but this person said we can not exchanged these people are unfaithful this Miller store should be black banned or reported

I have ordered online and 3 weeks now nothing received no reply to my emails, no response or update
and I may report this business to fair trading

Pathetic service.bought some items online. Never received my items nor the shipping info. 14 emails later Never received any response. Case opened with PayPal and reported to Fair Trading. Will update with results soon. Never again. Beware future customers.

Took my mother in law for shopping. We entered the store at about 3.30 pm, Store closing time is advertised as 4 pm, we got told that the store closes at 3.40. Got told to leave, and the ladies turned the lights off while we were still inside.

I’ve been here many times. Today was the worst experience I’ve had. The ladies were unhelpful, they didn’t smile at anyone and dispite there being a line of people waiting they both decided to serve one customer together instead of opening the other register. There was no one to help with sizes etc.

Congratulations to this patient team of ladies who are always a pleasure to be served by. Today was no exception with the lady I presume to be Manager needing to re-locate some of her staff to another store to assist with staffing issues. 'Giovanna' was so patient in dealing with my return & repurchase. I also comment the quality of your merchandise which I find to be exceptional. So well done team Millers Happy New Year from a very happy customer.
