Midway Family Pharmacy

Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated by staff this morning when I asked the pharmacist if they can see my e-script in the cloud and another staff member came over and told the pharmacist “Don’t worry, I will deal with her”. I wasn’t there to be “dealt with” I was there to pick up a script. From what I was advised by the nasty woman, the pharmacy doesn’t have the software to check for e-scripts. I have never been to a chemist that cannot access an escript. I am pretty sure she just didn’t want to ‘deal’ with all in the customers in the pharmacy. That woman is in the wrong job. I prefer to be treated like a human being so I won’t be going back and I do not recommend this pharmacy!

Recently, I got charged for my prescription medicine more then double the price then I pay elsewhere. So disappointed: (

So friendly and helpful. They always seem to have everything my family needs. I'm a long time customer and rarely go elsewhere. Worth a couple dollars more, than to face the Chemist Warehouse scramble.

I called in this morning to book my 4 Strain Flu shot and my 2nd COVID Booster. I still have 2 weeks before my Booster is due but I was offered the Flu shot immediately. I have had all my COVID vaccines at Midway and I would continue to use then for any pharmaceutical needs. Excellent staff and excellent service.

Absolute best bunch of people I have ever met! They helped me out when I was in a bit of an emergency without any hesitation to help. Mel who sorted me out was a star! Thank you so much to the midway family pharmacy️

Awesome little chemist that seems to have everything you need tucked away in the small space. The Shop is well appointed and has a modern fit out. Staff are super friendly, helpful, and it has a "No Stress" vibe. Prices are on point with the big guys. Yay.
