5I ordered an item from Japan through DHL (during COVID when everything had to be signed for, so nothing could be left at a doorstep without a signature) and I live on a busy road. Midstate Freight left the item unattended at my doorstep in full view of the street (against DHL's rules), it got stolen within 2 hours. I had to reorder said item from Japan again which obviously took another 3 week period to arrive. I contacted Midstate Freight multiple times and they never offered compensation for the product or anything, nor even an apology.
The first time I received a package the delivery driver was rude second time my package was thrown on the ground and broken
Ive only delivered freight here but the guy seems like a top bloke doing his best to earn a living
Really lovely staff but very disappointed with the fact that they received my parcel last Friday and haven’t even notified me that they have it. Also don’t service the Clarence area but still receive my parcels? They say I can only pick up between 8-10, but can’t because I’m at working by then.: (
I was in the general area. Nothing to do with any one else. Goes to show, people should be starting to mind their own business.
