Very unprofessional the lady at the front counter was very rude and abrupt for no reason booked a service and I will never come back to this establishment. The boys out the back are awesome and couldn't be any more helpful.

My 20+ year old Nissan Patrol required extensive work to rectify a number of issues that had accumulated over the years. The repairs were performed in a timely manner and at a fair price. They kept me informed during the repair process and the costs involved so at no time was there any surprises. Thanks to Gary, Fiona and all the team, my Patrol feels all new again:)

Fantastic people, extremely helpful went above and beyond to assist us, had to have windscreen replaced thru insurance, required snorkel removed and refitted, no other business would assist us.the team at midcoast 4wd centre helped us all the way.

I have regularly used the team at MidCoast 4wd for the past 10+ years. Always helpful and the girls Shontelle and Paige are legends in directing me to what I should get.

My new 2023 LC79 series V8 is no exception. Got an array of new consoles, reversing camera, arm rests, tow bar, new aligned diff extension, etc etc.

Expensive but well worth it. You have to get the best. I got charged what I was quoted so nothing hidden there.

I thoroughly recommend them.

PS I won't have anyone but Paige work on my vehicles.she's the bomb.

Brake controller failed on way south but they rearranged schedule to fit us in to keep us on the road.

Having purchased a new dual cab Ute, I had been doing research in the local area as to what accessories I would like fitted and who would be doing the job. Midcoast 4WD centre has turned out to be the one stop shop. I have dealt with Paige through out my purchase process, and her product knowledge and customer service has been second to none. Would definitely recommend.

Took my 6.5litre v8 converted troopy in to these guys for a service. I asked how much a service would be (which they told me around $350 - $400) ended up being over $800. It also needed a new oil cooler after further examination ($550) after they sourced a oil cooler, it took them a further more 2 days to actually order it, taking my wait time to a total of 2 weeks. $2,200 was my total cost at the end.then a few days after I noticed fuel dripping down on my diff, I rang them to ask what it was thinking it might be something they did. After maximum 30 mins of examination they told me it was my fuel pump (nothing to do with what they did) and charged me a further more $130 on top of everything else beacuse it had nothing to do with them.poor service… definitely won’t be returning.

We were not disappointed as he and his team are efficient, polite knowledgeable and helpful at all times. The motor was replaced as soon as a replacement arrived at the workshop. Dropped the kids off to school & quickly found out the front passenger window stopped going up or down.
Called MidCoast 4wd & after explaining, was asked to come in straight away & they'd try to see what they could do. Mind you, all this is happening while it is pouring down.
After a short wait, they helped get the window watertight till the part I need is delivered from Melbourne.
Absolutely wrapped with the fact they could even see me on such short noticed.

It’s refreshing when lately having experienced disappointing customer service from a number of Australian businesses to find a business that is run and staffed by people who go out of their way to assist with a difficult situation and successfully I must add. Darren, Gary and the team @ Midcoast 4WD are to be commended on their resourcefulness on getting our situation sorted quickly and without fuss.

On the way home to Melbourne and these guys coordinated with previous auto electrician regarding faulty alternator when it gave in near Port Macquarie, got home safe after thier handy work.
