Had the worst experience at the Bondi Westfield store, the lady with the dark red/brown hair had horrible attitude. The moment we came in she asked very blunt questions and was very arrogant. We left within 2-3 minutes of walking into the store due to her lack of customer service skills. Very disappointed considering we really liked the rings on display. Will not be coming to this store ever again.

When the time came to start looking for an engagement ring (for my now wife), I had pretty much no clue! I was told about Midas from a friend at work, and I am so thankful! I knew she wanted an oval shape diamond and likes white gold, but apart from that I had no clue. On my first visit to Midas Jewellery I was welcomed in to the store by Anna and looked at so many different oval shaped designs! I found one with an extra row of diamonds (which I now know is called a halo) that I really liked, I spoke to their jeweller and came back the next day to see that the jewellers had designed the most beautiful ring, with a diamond halo, and I was over the moon. I can’t thank the Midas Jewellery team enough. She said yes, loves, loves, loves her ring and we are now looking at wedding rings! Without doubt and from actual experience, I can say that Midas Jewellery are the best jewellers there is! So happy and grateful for the amazing service from the first visit to the day I picked up the ring. Thank you Midas.

We bought our wedding bands from Midas and I was really worried that they wouldn’t be able to match it with my engagement ring that came from my partners mother. The jeweller hand sketched the most stunning rings I have ever seen and when they were ready to be picked up I literally cried. They were soooo beautiful and my ring paired with my engagement ring like they were made together to be the perfect set. I can’t explain the elation we both felt when we tried them on and looking down at it now while I write this brings back so many memories of our beautiful wedding day, I feel truly blessed. I had Midas alter my Tiffany necklace by adding a loop to make the necklace shorter. When I got it back it was scratched all over and buffed. I had just bought the necklace and to see it damaged and scraped when I got it back was highly disappointing. Evidently Midas rushed the process and didn’t take any care.

Purchase a pair of earrings, service was great. Made some great recommendations based on the budget I specified. Would recommend the team here for anyone looking to purchase an item.

Can’t thank the team at Midas Jewellery enough for helping me to find the perfect gift for my girlfriends birthday. They helped me to find out her ring size without her knowing and even added her initials to the base of the ring. I chose a white diamond and sapphire ring and the end result was to die for. She absolutely loved it and I will definitely be back for her next pressi!
