Highly recommend Mid North Coast Heating and BBQs. They inspected our home and recommended what would be best suited to our needs. The new wood heater is perfect, it heats the whole house easily and looks great. They even removed the old stove and took it away for us. Professional and friendly service. Couldn't be happier!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - We bought a gas fireplace from Lee in December 2021, paying over $14,000. He came to site to measure & design the flue as it was, in Lee’s words “very important”. The first time the fireplace was turned on there was an explosion due to the flue being incorrectly designed. Luckily no one was hurt or no property damaged. Since then Lee has failed to rectify this major issue & the fire can’t be used AT ALL. We have contacted Lee four times in the over 12 months since then and have had absolutely ZERO response. He ignores my partner’s calls & messages. He is obviously incapable of fixing the problem or doesn’t want to fix it. I’m not sure which is worse. We are not the sort of people to complain & would never want to damage the reputation of a business if it was not warranted, but we have spent over $14,000 & we are now going into yet another winter without a fire, over 12 months later.

We have had a large fire heater installed in an old fireplace in the house + another in my mother in-laws. Lee is great to deal with and nothing is a problem to ensure everything is done properly. He was very professional with the whole installation. Cost of product and installation was very reasonable. I cannot recommend Lee and his business and higher!

We initially requested Lee to come and clean out our Flue. So glad we did as on further inspection he was able to show many maintenance issues, ie.rusting flue and gaps forming within the heater joins, causing it to be a potential fire hazard! Lee has installed a new one for a very reasonable price. Many thanks Lee

Can't thank Lee from Mid North Coast Heating &Bbq, s enough for his great service and advice on everything he has to offer in smoking meats, he recommended what rubs, pellets, sauce, cooking times on a range of cuts of meat. Lee also fixed my fireplace issue i had at a great price and next day service.

Was paid in full around 4 months ago to fix our flue. They put the flue in, and said they'd return in 2 weeks to finish the job. They have since pretty much ignored our calls, texts, and twice haven't turned up on a date set by them, leaving us waiting around all day. They have left our roof looking like this. Not happy, now have to pay someone else to finish their job.

I am not one to usually post a review but after waiting 8mths for Lee and his team to fix my leaking flu, I’ve had enough.
After countless calls and texts along with Lee and his team not showing up on multiple occasions I have had enough.
Mid North Coast Heating & BBQs communication is incredibly poor.
I will now need to source someone else to fix the job.

Buyer BEWARE! I found Lee to be unreliable, dishonest and rude. You do business with him at your own risk.

Killer service and great shop. I often travel for holidays to the mid north coast and this is my one stop shop for all bbq needs. Lee has amazing old country type service nothing is too much for him. A asset to the area.

Had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful wood heater from lee, the installation was very quick, i would reccomend his great service to anyone who is looking for quality work

I got messed around endlessly by Lee. My first contact was made in January. He was supposed to come out in February but didn't, failed to turn up on the appointment on the 13th of March and finally turned up a week later. I got a quote for the heater but the installation cost was out of this world. I got another heater and an installation quote that was much less than half. I would not recommend Mid North Coast heating unless you enjoy getting stuffed around and ripped off. As a result of Lee's attitude he lost 3 other potential jobs in my area.

Lee always goes above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble. He has helped educate us on our pre-existing fireplace and given us tips and tricks on how to keep it clean and running efficiently. Service with a smile. Can't fault this true blue aussie bloke

Lee and the team replaced our old wood heater with a new one. Lee was excellent to deal with and the heater looks amazing. Bit more tiling to go and the job will be done. It has really added a modern touch and a real feature to the house. Thanks
