4Minus stars would be better indication of this "business"! Doesn't respond to calls, texts, emails and Messanger. And no voicemail. How NOT to run a business.
Matt has done several jobs for us. Pressure cleaned a large driveway, repointed and repaired our tile roof, added a tin roof to an extension. Always punctual and does a quality job. Have had him back to inspect a defect on another tradesmans job and he gave us great advice.
I wish it would allow me to leave NO stars as a review! Matt Jones is an absolute joke. A simple install of two skylights has proven to be the worst decision I’ve ever made. He bashed a chunk out of our roof to install, didn’t initially use any flashing and has been back 3 times and still they leak! Not to mention the damage inside to my brand new ceiling and lighting AND he dropped an internal cover and broke it and I’m still waiting on the repairs and replacement! Do yourselves a favour and do NOT use this man or his businesses. (He operates under a few and also Solar)
The department of fair trade has been engaged today as I’ve had enough of no reply’s!
Good luck even getting a response or quote, why bother advertising. Next!
