Tom did a pre-purchase inspection on my house which was unfavourable and buyer pulled out. That's not the complaint. Because we are anxious to remedy the issues he highlighted we would like to see a copy of the report. We did offer to pay for the copy, maybe up to $100. However, he has asked for full price of $650 to provide a copy. He didn't have to perform any work or even write a report - just make a copy. $650!
