I had to give one star unhappy, just to put this feedback through.

This shop is terrible, it’s dirty, lack of everything, it looks like they don’t restock items.
I went there desperately looking for some envelopes. I found some, but. I realised they were a bit to small for my needs. So I decided to ask the Chinese girls if there was a bit bigger size, the Chinese girl gave the dirty look just for a simple question, she looked at me very stressed. “excuse me do you have bigger size of this envelope”? She just said “no” “no” “no” looking at me angry and very annoyed.
Hahaha better laugh she was so weird. I left the envelope, walk away! Never again I will be back to this rude people

, this store is joint on December 2, I take eight plus iphone to repair and tell me the mobile phone can't find no way to return the next day, and then I go to the shop to ask a statement, said many passers-by have the same experience, this store was citing repair mobile phone, and then take the customer phone are not returned to specially make these black-money, my mobile phone 256 poor memory, There are all my company's customer information and bank information in it. Due to the small solid barrier of my mobile phone, I suddenly couldn't hear the sound. Unexpectedly, I met a black shop and haven't returned it yet

Why Are u guys cheating with WU transfers. I ll file complaint against you stupids. Not giving full amount how much i should be receiving. Do not go there they are cheaters.

I went yesterday to receive my money from wu.but they ask to pay 3 dollrs charge to get money.then i go to post office there is no charge.so they get money for no reason.greedy people.

When there to use Western Union but staff didn’t help me and I end up leave to another agency because she was rude to me.

I was so impressed by the cellphone repair in this store. It is the best cellphone repair skill in Australia I ever met for that " if you don't know how to fix it, smash it. " My cellphone was dropped into water accidentally and only I wanted is drying as written on the paper, but the technician took over two weeks to dry and check it with his so-called 20 years phone-fixing experience. What is worse, the appearance was very good when I gave to them to fix, however, after I got it back, the USB socket of my phone was completely deformed, obviously it was the consequence that someone fiercely try to take apart the phone. So right now I even can not charge my phone, I really appreciate the technician can think ahead and do this for me that I have to buy a new phone. And when I asked the owner of the store to give an explanation for that and required talk to the technician face to face, the owner cooperated with the technician very well saying the technician was sick and could't come. But he refused to give an exact time that when we can have a talk. And he claimed that the damage of the USB socket was damaged by me for that I didn't take the photo. If it was damaged, why I only asked for drying the phone? Finally, he didn't fix my phone at all, instead, he made it worse. If someone want to get rid of an old phone and buy a new one, please come to this store. I am pretty sure they can help you.
