Our organisation is always very happy with the excellent customer service that we receive from Micon. Today we received our delivery which was put together by the Micon delivery guys who were really polite, friendly and super efficient.

We contacted Micon National for the refurbishment of our office space and were very happy with our choice. The staff at Micon National were pleasant to deal with, the office furniture is just lovely, and overall we had a great experience. I would highly recommend their services to any one wanting to update their office space and supplies.

I purchased 4 office chairs from Micon, which came with a 5 year warranty. One of them was faulty, the back wouldn't stay up on it. I took it in for repair twice but they didn't fix it either time. On follow up they told me they didn't believe me and it was now my responsibility to ship it to the manufacturer in Sydney. Staff were rude and confrontational about it and suggested I was making it up. Very frustrating and I won't be shopping here again.

I needed a bespoke fit out for our office in Ingleburn, which consisted of a Trade Counter, Internal Sales office, External Sales office and a Board / Meeting room, and Micon National was recommended to me through a supplier of mine.
After a site visit from Mick at Micon, he had understood our brief and had made some fantastic suggestions that fitted in with the profile of our Company.
To say that i'm pleased with the end result is an understatement, Mick and his team went above and beyond to ensure their work coincided with our builders and delivered on time a fit out that is second to none.
We have continued to use Micon National for all our office supplies since then and we look forward to working with Micon National again for our next office fit out.

Placed my first order on Friday and added to it Today - long weekend. Mick promptly followed up with emails. So impressed with their service and can't wait to receive my new office furniture!

Such polite people answering my inquiries over the phone. They definitely go above and beyond. Thanks for the great service!

I didn't even purchase anything from them, I just wanted some information on a product they stock for a person overseas. If you do buy something from them, you will receive great after-service. I fully recommend this company based on my dealings with them.

I recently purchased a chair as a gift for Christmas which was not wanted, I tried to then organise for a refund within the 14 day period which proved to be unsuccessful as they were away for Christmas and didn't clearly specify what their trading hours were.

Unfortunately Mick Cuda proved to be no help whatsoever. He was arrogant, unhelpful and would not accept the returned product for a refund (even though it was unopened in the original packaging and I had the receipt).

All in all, it was a stressful and disappointing experience and in the end I had no interest in the product itself and could not wait to exit the store.

Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time.
