I was sent to their retail client for stock replenishment role by the consultant named Katie. Told me to go for an interview with a client so I went, but was told by their client that 'we don't get people send to us like this'. What the? So the client don't know that I will be there? Told them that I was send here from Page and by recruiter named Katie and they got confused as if they never dealt with Page before. Such as waste of time. If your client don't know then why send me there just to be ridiculed? I'm not a tool for your direct marketing.

They don’t return phone calls, nor emails nor do they take down roles after many months if the role was filled internally or by a competitor. Worst recruiter in Sydney, and clearly the feedback is not listened to.

Worst recruiter I have ever encountered in Sydney. You are treated as a number, before you register and visit them you are told they have many jobs and are so busy. Once you are registered and met one of their incompetent recruiter you never hear of any jobs or roles. AVOID at all costs. Go with Niche recruiters in Sydney I have found these big company's are useless. Avoid Ross Mcleland rubbish recruiter.

Super unresponsive. Interview to double check your skills and experience was literally a 5 minute conversation where the recruiter was not super interested in what you had to say. They book back to back interviews so they try to get you out the door as soon as possible. Promised followups don't actually happen. I have no idea why companies would want to work with a recruiting agency that does not actually look into the candidate's background further and make sure they have the required skills for the position.

They call you like crazy if they have a potential employer for you but they barely can give you feedback after you had the interview.they just don't care.poor service

Lots of forms and process. Had a good interview and conversations. Told about lots of great opportunities.but haven't heard back.

I am sure the people are nice but the push for numbers hurts the get to know you and work with you concept.

Was puzzled after a repeated posting of a job I was interested in and applied several times for. Did a bit of digging and found out that the company that they're representing for that role doesn't actually exist in Sydney anymore having famously closed its doors. I expected the lack of communication and transparency as is typical of most recruiters but this is a whole new low. Do not recommend.
