Decent amount of staff though they should pay more attention to the quality of service they are providing to each and every customer, not just those that are potentially buying bigger special occasion products. I felt as though the staff were more interested in the other customer and this showed in their failure to pack up the other half of a pair of earrings for not one but two sets of earrings. Realised belatedly so had to return the next day as this is quite an unthinkable error. Manager rather didn't apologise and made excuses which justifies the customer service experiences one would get there since they do not look to improve.

I just love shopping here. They have a nice collection of designs. Stuffs are super friendly. They will help you choose no matter what type of jewellery you are looking for. Highly recommended!

Terrible customer service. The old lady was very unprofessional, close to be rude. She didn’t know much what she was doing. Very grumpy. Didn’t appreciate it at all. Definitely not going back to this shop.

Took my watch in for a new battery, & it's still under warranty, so it's a free service. Pretty happy with that. Lady was awesome. She also polished my Morganite ring. Super service, & super helpful. I recommend everyone not to buy anything from this shop. If you buy something from there, just go to another shop where you can sell that things you will get only 2 % rate from actual price you pay to them. It happened to me. I brought 10k gold chain from this store and pay $1399, the marked price $1999. There was a discount offer so they gave me in $1399. When I went to sell it on couple of jewellery shop there price was only 250 for that chain. So disappointed and waste of money. I went to the store to talk with the staff about this she didn’t response me good. She said at Least they would have gave you 50%. I ask her do this shop buy gold which I brought from here she said no they just sale they don’t buy.
No point you spend 1400 and you get 250 if you want sell it. Please think 100 times before you buy anything from this store.
