Have purchased a few pieces from MH top ryde. Jordy is the best! Always honest, recommends great pieces and offers wonderful customer service.

The sales women were less interested in selling me an item and more interested in marking the ring prices and shouting across the room to one another for pieces of paper to put around the rings. Utterly bizarre behaviour for sales assistants. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a store before. Avoid this place.

Horrible customer service. I have been refused a refund for an online order at this store based on the clerk not liking my reason for the return. She questioned me multiple times and after I said for the 4th time it was a change of mind return, she says to the store manager “she should’ve come to the store to look at the jewellery before purchasing”, the manager huffs and suddenly “remembers” the system wasn’t working so they wouldn’t be able to process the refund.

Just bought a watch for my grandmother's birthday.the lady serving me was extrememly patient and kind to me and it was one of the best customer services i have had.if i could rate this more than 5 stars i would.thank you random lady you made my day

I have always had a great experience in Michael hill and its honestly our family go-to store in Australia. Purely because of the quality of the Jewellery and the authenticity of metals. Buying from here keeps our mind at peace. The staff at Top Ryde are very polite and well informed.

The staff, especially Jordy, took a genuine interest, demonstrated excellent product and service knowledge and showed me a variety of options. The store is very welcoming too!

Hope they improve their customer service. Simple hello or greet customers with SMILE.

Worst service ever. The Asian women very rude and only cares about making a sale then completely ignores you when you come to pick up the item or needs resizing.

Worst customer service started from entering the shop. There was only another 1 lady browsed their products while we visited this shop. But, 4 staff includes 1 "gentleman" and 3 ladies just stood behind the counter talking, then, all staff laughed n walked away without greeting customers after the man said something to them. Finally, a lady came to serve us unwillingly, and, her profession in customer service n attitudes seriously have to be improved, which made people really uncomfortable. The lady showed the long face right away when I told her that I was looking for a ring and an anklet but at this moment I will focus on any special anklet first. She showed me 2 types, 1 is very simple chain without any design and the other only with an infinity, and said we only have these. After for a while, the lady said to me " not everyone has to like it" while I told the lady that sorry I don't really like them.

My fiance and I went to the Top Ryde store just as they were meant be closing tonight. When they saw us approach they re-opened and stayed back after finish time to help us choose wedding bands that we were very late in organising.

Helen and Sapna both stayed back to help get our rings sorted and its a big weight off our shoulders.could not recommend this store enough!

My brother got me this beautiful ring from this store for my birthday and it fits perfectly and looks amazing. Everyone i meet asks me about it and i loveeee ittt. Thanks to one of the salespersons Sapna S who helped him find this wonderful gift for me as i know he doesn't understand what i would like. Thanks

Why don’t the managers or social media administrators put the level in which the store is located? Had to walk the whole shopping to find it. Once I found it staff was really helpful

The staff are always so attentive and they don't try and rip you off like a lot of other places. Very happy with all of my purchases and can't wait for the store to reopen soon.

Horrible service! One of the Asian saleswomen is quite rude to me and wasn't helping at all. I am looking for a pair of good quality white gold earrings for my wedding, I told her I don't want any diamonds as I want something more eye catchy. However this woman told me to go to a cheap store Louise nearby. It's okay if Michael Hill does not have what I am after but telling me to go to cheap store for my wedding earrings is an insult to me. To be honest, if I want diamond, I wouldn't consider Michael Hill at all as their diamond is not up to my standard. Hope this woman understands the meaning of customer service and basic respect.

Every once in a while you wander into a store where your treated with sincere grace and manners immediately. This is one of those stores. Suzy and and Jordy were extremely warm and genuine during the entire purchase. They took a delightful interest in the reason for the ring i came to buy along with the girl it was bought for. Jordy's knowledge on the product was exceptional. Thank you both. Highly recommend this particular store in Top Ryde.
