Julia is incredibly rude, has zero customer service skills and speaks disrespectfully to clients, if I had known I would have been treated so poorly I would have shopped elsewhere. Difficult to get through the phone call while she was talking over me and dismissing my query, I’d urge Michael hill to review and rectify, possible even train/re train on customer service.
Tell your slick looking sales guy on a Sunday he shouldn't be vaping inside near the toilets. It's disgusting. I don't want your second hand cancer.
I was so disappointed when my white gold bracelet broke after only 1 year. My Fiancé bought it for me for my Birthday and I was hoping to enjoy it for years to come. I sent it away for 2 weeks to be soldered back together and fix the broken links, but when I received it back, I found that although the soldering was done, the links still weren't fixed. Unfortunately, within 2 weeks of getting it back, the links had unravelled to the point where it broke again. I took it into another branch to be repaired. *See Chatswood branch for review on their service.
I bought a chain costing over $300 which broke less than 6 weeks later. They refused to honour the warranty as apparently this does not cover a chain breaking. Very disappointed in the quality of Michael Hill product
Went here a few weeks ago. 3 staff not doing anything, one lady seemed like she was reluctant to even acknowledge me. I found something I liked but her attitude put me off it. Went to prouds and found the polar opposite with great deals and actually helpful customer service
Rude lady, wasn't interested in helping me with ring sizing or picking anything out. 3 behind the desk not doing much.

Great friendly service. Not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. Asked all the right questions to help figure out what I actually wanted. Will definitely shop there again as long as Cat G works there.
Terrible - walked in with my Mum and completely ignored by the staff, we waited 5mins with no-one saying a word. It's a shame and a real disappointment to have people "assume" something of you
I’ve had very bad experiences in this store because of the rude and uninterested staff in the past and was hesitant to come back to buy a ring that I couldn’t find anywhere else.
This time Techie helped me with my purchase and I couldn’t be happier, she took the time and interest to make sure I was happy and even bought more things because of her suggestions, will definitely come back but just if she is in, no other staff member has had her level of dedication on any of my previous experiences.

Had 6 week old pearl gold filled stud earrings yes not worth thousand of dollarsbut still cost a couple of hundred dollars.
The pearl fell off one of the earrings. Michael hill said they couldn’t touch or fix them due to COVID and when they could it would cost roughly $80 an I was better to super glue the pearl back on myself.seriously? Low and behold I’ve done this and now the pearl has fallen off and gone missing.
We also purchased a gold filled necklace and the clasp was so poor that it fell apart not pleased with the service here and the quality. Very disappointed about my 6 week old earrings would of been better off with a cheaply made pair for the amount I got out of these.
So after over 10 weeks of trying to get our money back it has finally happened. What a horrible experience. The staff were rude, head office made promises they didn’t keep, the manager at Warringah Mall is awful and needs training in customer service. I have been a long time customer of Michael Hill Jewellery but this time they have lost me for good.
I am very disappointed with the service from this store. I purchased wedding bands with my fiancé. We were never advised when were they being delivered and just by luck we got them a couple days before the wedding after we chased after them. My ring was far too small and I decided to take it like that, otherwise would have nothing for my wedding day. After the wedding we came back for a resizing since we have lifetime guarantee, it has been 10 days and they don’t know where my ring is, I’ve called and gone to the store to ask for a status and they have no response or interest to look for it, and honestly the attitude from the lady who has been there both times is just appalling (the one with an injured back). I just got married, I would love to have my ring with me and for it to actually fit as it has been measured twice already!
Came here with my partner to buy wedding rings, and we were very well taken care of by Jo in selecting matching rings to complement our engagement bands! The rings she recommended were perfect, and she took every care to make sure we walked away happy. Fantastic service!
I want to say a BIG BIG THANK YOU to Jordy S! I was buying some jewellery for my mum and grandmother for Christmas, and he was absolutely fantastic! He helped me find exactly what I wanted and made sure I bought the best thing for them.
He also made me feel welcome and not intimidated, he didn’t judge me and made me feel at home straight away.
He was so genuine and lovely, In the end I left not only with great gifts but a great outlook on your Warringah Store. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, well done! I wish more people were like Jordy <3 Great experience.
Taken me a while to write this but well worth posting. The staff here while they listened and literally organised a one off engagement ring for my wife were amazing. So caring and actually listen to what you’re trying to achieve. Think carefully before going to mega designer stores to buy, the smaller guys can still help to organise top quality with bespoke service.
Love their great quality jewellery and prices. The service is amazing and the designs are unique and beautiful. My favourite jewellery store for many years. Just keeps improving.
Going 3 times to pick up engagement ring that i left for resizing together with wedding band, they cant get it right as jeweler doesn't know how to make the engagement ring to sit right in the middle of the wedding band, so made my engagement ring 2 sizes bigger: o so disappointed.hopefully 4th time they'll fix it.
I had accidentally broke my necklace needed fixing and the 2 staff that were there fixed it and even cleaned it willingly o was so greatful and for free. Thumbs up and thank you xx
Had the best time buying our wedding bands here. The lady helping us made it such a lovely and memorable experience and we felt being taken care of in the best possible way. She introduced herself to us and was just overall a smiling little sunshine and incredibly helpful with a lot of knowledge about their products. She took her time with us even though the store was quite full. Would definitely recommend and come back here if we need something again.
