I only needed one ring consultation and I put the deposit down. That’s how great the experience was! I had Michael himself and it didn’t feel like I was interacting with a store owner.

He was so knowledgable and taught me new things about rings even though I visited so many jewellers before him.

He wasn’t pushy at all and gave me so many options with different specs and prices. I came on a Friday night and was unfortunately late as I had to stay back at work. He had no hesitation in staying well past his opening hours and provide the service he did.

When I told him I was happy to put the deposit down and secure the ring I wanted, he asked me if I was sure and if I wanted extra time to think about it. I had already decided at that point though.

The best part of the experience was that I had no idea about my partner’s ring size. Michael asked for a photo of us together and he was able to pick the ring size using the photo.

He got the ring size perfect!

Other members Demi & Natalie took care of me after the consultation and were very responsive and provided a great experience after the consultation.

We were delighted with the service provided by Gabby at the Michael Arthur Diamonds pertaining to the design and build of an Engagement Ring. From the first consultation she was excited about the journey we were on and keen to finalize a design that exceeded our expectations.
