My company bought an "LT7440: Self Propelled Electric Scissor Lift Trolley (Double Scissor) ” from MHA Products, via the Gov't Job Access Employee Assistance Fund, on 24 Jan 2023.

This trolley is extremely helpful for one of our employees who has a disability. He uses this "Trolley" whenever he needs to transport the various materials he works on, as part of his Boilermaker role.

In April 2023 the Self Propelling function of this Trolley stopped working. So, we contacted MHA Service Manager, Mitchell Lacey for help.

Mitchell and his team diagnosed the problem with our "Trolley" quickly, and they also fixed this "Trolley" (under warranty) quite quickly (considering they were being swamped with work at the time!)

They also implemented an innovative repair solution to minimise the chances of the same problem (fried circuit board due to too much dust getting onto this circuit board) happening again.

Am I impressed? Yes, yes I am.

Ordered a bench from them on the 4/March its now the 25 March (not a single update) called 3 times, each time they said they would get back, never did, sat on hold listening to a recorded message saying how good their customer service was, finally I get a email response after 4 days saying, its underway. I don't know what underway means. Still no tracking number. You just cant get an answer from this company. For fun you should listen to their on hold message. So I went back to the website and checked the product they still show it instock. Saying fast delivery.

Brilliant experience with MHA! Ordered their x-carts on Tuesday and were received the very next day. The staff love them.

Good experience to deal with MHA. Great range of products and the guy I dealt with was really helpful.

While the service was good, the products I ordered have been very disappointing. We ordered the powder coated rails as well as powder coated bollards. The rails arrived with the paint chipped and damaged. After bickering I was sent a spray can of paint to repair them. We have had the items approximately two months installed in our complex outside (which they are designed for). The powder coating is terrible. We already have rust coming through the paint surface from underneath (not where we have repaired). But in general the paint is not offering protection from the elements. Also the paint surface has dulled and looks old and tired at only 2 months of age. Very disappointed. Our option down the track shall be to send the items away for sand blasting and hot galvanising before having them properly powder coated. For a purchase of approx. $2000 I really expected a long life span with minimal maintenance. I strongly suggest not buying the rails or bollards from MHA if you are purchasing for outdoor use.

I had a good experience with MHA so decided to share this. I fitted out my whole workshop with cabinets and benches and MHA was the only company I could find that had the gear at a great price. Well done MHA and thanks for your help.

Excellent company to deal with. I just had a demo on a pallet inverter and ordered it straight after.it was awesome!

Do not buy from this seller. They had sent me the wrong lifter to what I had ordered. They always said they would resolve their mistake. After months of phone calls and emails nothing has been done, they have found it easier now to just to ignore me entirely. Their service from start to finish has been the poorest of any company I have ever dealt with.

Purchased a WP7270 Work positioner, hardly used and when we went to finally charge the unit, it won’t charge the batteries. Contacted Harvey and also the office to try and resolve the issue and I was always told someone will call me back which never happened. Very disappointed with a clear lack of after sales service.

I had an excellent experience with MHA products- they were helpful over the phone and delivered my lifter the same day. Great company to deal with and will be using them again.

I just want to say a massive THANK YOU to Richard from MHA Products for going the extra mile & then some. Richard not only found the Trolley I needed urgently, he then picked it up & went out of his way to deliver it to the Central Coast on his way to Newcastle & I am 30mins off the freeway. I am so impressed with this company & blown away by the lengths Richard went to to deliver my trolley:)
