Bought 2 bracelets as gifts, spent over $200. Both bracelets had knots in them that weren't able to be fixed. Very poor quality.

Bought a pair of earrings and the next day went to exchange due to poor colour match. Product was still in original packaging with a receipt. Due to Covid they do not exchange earrings, even if never worn. But they will exchange rings and necklaces. A better understanding of how Covid spreads and how to sanitise all products including earrings, necklaces and rings would help them see that “Covid” is a terrible excuse. They just didn’t want to be accommodating. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

I had my front helix jewellery changed here. It was a tiny 4mm or 3 mm stud which cost me $49 and the fee for changing it was $15. They claimed it was surgical steel with coat of gold on it. I got that done in December and it’s February now and I’ve noticed black rust growing around the stud that I have to constantly clean and the worst part is I have to get it professionally removed and replaced. Any tattoo parlour around Sydney would do a better job and have better quality jewellery than them for the same price. Good thing I didn’t get a piercing from them because I can’t imagine that rusty earring in my freshly pierced ears.

Amazing experience every time we visit Mezi. Hoda is simply fabulous and sometimes now we just stop in to chat with her.

Worst piercing experience I’ve ever encountered. I don’t think the lady knew what she was doing. She seemed like she just wanted to get the piercings over and done with. Didn’t make me feel relax or anything like other professional piecers would. It was very painful, and extremely messy and worst of all, the piercings aren’t evenly spaced out from one another, although she showed me the marked locations. Very disappointed, not going back here again.

I read other reviews that said this place can help with changing piercings.went up to the store and was told that they don’t do that in the most condescending way possible.as i was getting a coffee at the cafe across from them i saw the owner closing the doors.it was 3pm on a thursday.online it said that the store closes at 5.such a waste of my time.

Took my daughter to get her ear pierced. The room was clean, hygienic and all implements sterile. The staff were accommodating and friendly, taking the time to be reassuring. Thanks guys.

Exceptionally outstanding beautiful business owner herself, Mezi on 13/6/22, remarkably served and attended to me personally with all her various range of gemstones directly made from Israel from rings to bracelets and the like. I needed professional advice for someone to look at my belly piercing as I had taken the ring out for a day and struggled to get it back in, as the hole seemed to close. I did research and the web said I shouldn’t force it in myself and that I should go to a professional. So I went in asking if someone could help me and have a look at my belly piercing. They said no they don’t do that, they only do piercings? Didn’t quite understand that as surely this is classified as help with piercings. I have had my belly pierced for 6 years and all she told me was that I was putting it in wrong and that the hole doesn’t close. I asked again if I could just have someone to look at it and she continued to say no.

Great range of products, got my helix piercing done here and it was a good experience overall. But, I really wish all staff could be much more accomodating, attentive & welcoming with their general service & after care piercing.

Was told to come back if I have any issues with my piercing, I was really struggling to replace my helix and came back for help but they said they don't do that

My fiancé and I brought a 'gold' hoop and put it in his nose. Within 3 days this so called 'gold' hoop went green. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from MEZI ever again.

What a waste of time and money.

We went to Hairhouse Warehouse and got a REAL gold hoop.

Don’t buy from here! Every thing that I gifted to my partner from here is rusted despite following after care instructions. I was told it wouldn’t. Very deceitful lying to customers just to get a sale. Don’t recommend them. I hope they close down

I bought a new septum jewelry from here (the classic horse shoe shaped one with the two balls on the ends) ive had it in only for a month and it was hurting everyday (ive had my septum pierced for 4 years now) until I took it out today and noticed the jewelry is rusting! Terrible quality, not to mention the owner wasn’t very nice either.

I have bought heaps of expensive jewellery here, but one of my last purchases (2, helix piercing huggies) ‘ Lilac crystal heliex - $39 each. I was told they were silver and could be left in permanently. In a few months they started peeling/ rusting. Not silver after all. When I went past the store today the shop assistant was unhelpful and clueless and told me that silver normally peels when I shower or wear to the beach. The boss first said it was sterling silver, then when I showed her the now copper coloured earrings, she changed to rhodium plated copper. Definitely extremely overpriced for the quality and makes me unsure of the quality of my past MEzi purchases. I am definitely never shopping there again. Lots of better silver handmade jewellery on Etsy.

Came to look for some jewelry. The selection was pretty limited and I didn’t particularly like the style but the real highlight was the shop manager who glared at me and my girlfriend as if we were lepers, until we showed proof of vaccination which put an end to the Sergio Leone style staring contest.

I got three piercings here, I’ve had nothing but trouble with them ever since
I’ve been to the doctors that many times & another piercing place & was told the piercer did it wrong
Wouldn’t recommend.

I looove loove their jewelry. I've taken so many friends there. However, I took back an earring where the post had broken. The response was certainly not satisfactory. I'm feeling a bit miffed to be honest.

Went to Hoda as I couldn’t remove some of my piercings and I needed to get them out that day as I was due to go into hospital. She is so warm and thoughtful and she looked after me really well. Will be returning to buy jewellery and get another piercing as soon as my crutches will allow me!

100% recommend, it’s my favorite place!
I’ve visited the City shop a many times now. Lovely selection of jewelry, really well priced and great quality. My ears don’t tolerate so many earrings but I’ve never had any problems with those I’ve bought from Mezi! I can’t speak highly enough about how professional and caring the team are. If you manage to get served by Houda you’re in luck! She is so helpful and never without a smile, she always goes the extra distance to make sure that you are happy with your purchase:) I really recommend this place to get your piercings done.
