I can’t praise Hutch more highly. My car was experiencing intermittent popping/beeping sounds. The local distributor had no idea (which I find incredible as the car is 10 years old and you’d think this would’ve occurred somewhere in the world). After much toing and froing, an auto electrician finally put me on to Hutch. I took the car in and he spent some time troubleshooting, researching and made a few suggestions. One possibility was to replace the radio at a fair price which I was reluctant to do given the age of the car. He made a couple of changes to the settings in the navigation system and to my delight the popping/beeping sound has stopped.
My point is, Hutch, being passionate about his profession, took valuable time out of his day and provided incredible customer service which you don’t get often these days, to try to resolve my issue. He did this with humour, care and genuine interest and didn’t receive any financial benefit.

Hatch transformed my car sound from sad to fantastic. Outstanding care and attention and the work was done earlier than promised - superb!

I just want to install dash cam but he said:
“If I don’t sell it, i don’t install it”

The owner's knowledge and skill is exceptional. He is seriously good at what he does. My new audio system is amazing.

Can’t speak about quality of work as I didn’t get that far. Asked on email about speaker upgrade with $2K budget. Got response - “Sorry I can’t help you”. That’s all they wrote. I don’t even know why they can’t help? Too low a budget? I would think that a business who can’t even put any time into a new customer probably aren’t the right business for me anyway.

Updated my head unit and installed front and rear camera. Took the time to get it right and did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

Hutch is a true audiophile with a penchant for perfection. Just follow his advice and do what he recommends - trust me he knows best. Hutch has provided an unbelievable hifi installation in two classic cars that I have owned where only the best will do. Good luck reading his hand writing though.

Hutch is a legend. Treats your car with respect (as if it was his own). He takes his time and is completely honest about his ability and pricing. I had new speakers and sound proofing put in my V8 and it is awesome, couldn't be happier. Will see him next year for stage 2 of the upgrades.

Hutch at Metrosound did an amazing job on my 2011 golf gti. I brought the car in to install a reversing camera and apple carplay, and it was ready for pickup within 48 hours. Really appreciate the quick turnaround and quality of installation.

Over 12 months after my install, noticed a scratch on my passenger side window of my Bmw 1M. Initially thought it was just a rock trapped against the window but thought it might be related to the speaker install. Without any discussion or haggling Hutch refitted the speakers with more space and had the window re-tinted, at no cost to me. I have never experienced service of this level before and thought it should be highlighted.
