As a Property Manager for a Victorian based company with both company owned and leased property involved in retail operations in the Sydney metro area, Metro Fire are a most valued part of our trade support partner team, this is especially so with the different regulatory requirements between Victoria and NSW. The whole team and in our case especially Nescia and Jesse provide comprehensive advice, onsite service and annual fire certification. I recommend Metro Fire Services without hesitation.

Nescia was awesome help for me. I phoned Metro Fire Services and needed an inspection on my Freshly fitted out workshop. Time was an issue and after I explained my situation to Nescia, she jumped straight on to it and made it all happen. Cheung (the Inspector) was on time a carried out the inspection and sent me the Certificate same day. Nescia went above & beyond to also help me fill out paperwork after their job was completed.
I highly recommend this company. Great work.

Rip off company. Forced me to purchase their new fire alarm despite having a brand new packaged one there ready. Also forced me to get a second alarm in a small apartment which was totally unnecessary threatening to fail my inspection if I didn't. My building is 50 years old. Every unit in our building suddenly required a new alarm in Dec 2021. Strangely they all passed inspection last year and no new regulation has been passed since. They could provide no proof. This is a company taking advantage of unprepared strata. Stay away unless you want to most expensive frivolous inspection ever. Nice installers are just sugar coating a rip off outfit.

Very rude and unaccommodating. The "managing director" deals with negative feedback in a childish manner. Instead of rectifying the issue and speaking to the customer, he acts like a 5 year old that cant manage a business. Extremely poor management.

Metrofire have been great to work alongside in the strata industry. Thanks to their prompt responses and professionalism, many jobs have been completed smoothly with no issues. They are a fantastic team and thrive in their industry!
