Super efficient service! I went into store at 10.30 am on a Saturday to repair my cracked iPad screen. Was ready four hours later at a very reasonable cost.

To the Store Owner,

Three things for you to think over if this could go better:

1. I asked for a sim card with no value, which doesn't hurt either you or vodafone's interests, I'm not asking you to give me free value whatsoever. I have a friend working in a vodafone partnership store as well, I know those blank sim cards are given from vodafone like printed materials, they're meant to serve those purposes for customers like me.

2. All sim cards in Australia requires ID confirmation or account verification during the activation process, no matter it's vodafone or others, all carriers have those procedures built in. Without verification, those sim cards are not activatable and can be treated like tiny plastic throw away. So there is no absolute need for me to show your staff my ID despite I have shown my phone running Vodafone services.

3. I stated multiple times that I was in a hurry, I had to catch my next train for a urgent matter and I had to use my tablet for urgent purpose on the train. For situation like this, and considering all above points, if I was your staff, I would satisfy my customer first as there was no any harm to either party. People are creative life beings for a reason, If we don't adapt, we would be extincted already.

I have required the replacement sim card already from one of my friends who is working in Vodafone ANZ operation division. So no, I won't come to you again and thanks for your late offer.

I went to my local Vodafone store this morning, I asked for a replacement SIM card for my tablet as I have lost the original one. The lady in the shop didn't want to give me one by making this so hard despite that I have shown to her I'm a Vodafone customer and I know the SoP and I will do the activation myself. The only thing I wanted is a plain SIM card (no value) as a replacement SIM card for my tablet.

I pay over $300 per month to Vodafone and this is the return I get? Very disappointed.

The staff and manager are really helpful and knowledgable, when my old phone was in need of help and repair they went out of their way to help resuscitate it, before I purchased the new iphone from them, they always do their best and the customer service is outstanding. Would give 10 stars!

Usually not one to write reviews, but they say to give credit where credit is due & Adrian is just so amazing and is such a professional at doing his job. You can tell he genuinely knows what he is doing, no repetition of questions or having to wait forever. Such a smooth an easy process & would highly recommend!

Today I’ve just had the most wonderful customer service experience. As I entered the store, from the get-go I noticed their patience. My dad and I saw while waiting that a customer was being incredibly difficult. However the person serving her was being very patient. Answering every question the customer asked, even when it was asked multiple times. Then it was our turn, but not with that staff member but with a different one. Our job was simple, buy and apply a new glass cover for my dad’s phone, and apply a pre bought glass cover onto mine. However, we didn’t know that to apply a pre bought cover it cost money. We didn’t know that we were supposed to, so then the lady who was serving us (Joanne) assembled it for us free of charge. Since we are long time customers and we also didn’t know that. Normally we get served by a different bloke (Adrian), who is also extremely sincere and answers inquiries with patience and helpful advice. Even when we weren’t being served by the other lady (Skye), she was at rapt attention. Both of them served us with smiles and easy going nature. I rate this a 5/5, even if you need to go the extra distance this place has the best customer service staff, and I left there with my day being made

The people who work here are the best at customer service.they are so patient and always make sure people are attended to as quick as possible.this shop is the best also at after care they will try to fix things to peoples satisfaction.i have watched them on occasions to see how they are withpeople so i know what they are like.

Very honest staff. Left my iPad for screen replacement. Went to pick it up today and was told it was only the screen protecor. They put a brand new screen protector on and the iPad looks Brand New! Big thanks to the honest and fantastic staff that work at this store.

Vodafone Riverwood has always been committed to giving me the best possible service out of all the vodafone stores I've been to. They are always happy to provide the best customer service to all of their customers and are always friendly and helpful.

I had the most outstanding customer service from Adrian and his staff. He had to do some major computer input to unlock my phone and enter a new sim, as personal details were entered incorrectly at the original purchase of a mobile phone 15 years ago. I watched as he worked on that, while patiently answering other inquiries and assisting staff in the most obliging and easygoing manner. He is an absolute gem and I highly recommend this store to anyone.

This Store has the best service I have ever had with a mobile shop. They help you set up your phone and always try to give you the best plans. Very knowledgeable staff.

Took in a severely damaged phone (beyond repair) and after trying multiple different solutions (to no avail) the team went out of their way to source an exact same model/make phone for me and replaced it at absolutely no extra charge. The manager and the team went above and beyond what I expected over a 2 month period while constantly keeping me updated and always answering my calls/enquiries. Highly recommend to any prospective customers and will be returning next time for sure.
