Have been with Metro Professionals Liverpool for a little over 4 months now (Aug '20) and so far they've been great. Super friendly and helpful staff, nice clean office, streamlined and paperless bill requests via sms and internet site login, all repair requests/ rental enquiries for landlord/real estate are all made in writing by application form, all supplied when signing lease documents and all written requests are actioned promptly. Definitely not what I'm used to having been with my last real estate agent for over 13yrs. Definitely worth investigating. My only negative - my rent could be cheaper but you can't win them all can you lol.

Very very bad real estate I have lived in my apartment for 25 years and every time my neighbors leave or across my apartment someone leaves they fill them up with very loud noisy Arabs. We have made complaints and the response one of my others neighbors got was oh the know the family really well and they are well behaved people.yet that's not the case when my family has to go to work early and my baby is sleeping all night these tenants talk loud outside on they phone and yet none of these tenants they fill up the vacant apartments in work. They make noise all night and sleep all day yet when we complain metro don't do nothing about it. Police have advised all the neighbors to make a big complaint to strata and that's what we are going to do as metro just like to put these sorts of people around people who need to work and sleep at a normal time at night. Metro it's very unfair to people who apply to live in an apartment but you give it to your friends very unprofessional.

I had been in contact with the safe at metro professionals via email, call and face to face, each encounter was professional and to get standard. I would highly recommend going through this agency for any realestate needs.

The worst realstate agent in Liverpool please be careful all they want to hold back your bond money by showing some silly causes even on old 40 year unit.
They took over my 1250$ bond.
Before leaving unit i gave proper 3 week notice and i keep calling them to inspect your unit but they didn't inspect at the end when i went overseas they just clam back my full bond by showing me silly reason.very bad lady owner very un ethical rude people please avoid them.
