The person who served was very very rude. He doesn’t know how to talk and behave with customers. If it’s keep going it will definitely affect business. Please give some training to your employees on how to behave with customers. Maybe it’ll help grow your business

This is a good addition to West Wallsend. Especially with the addition of a Cold Rock icecream bar inside.
A new fuel station that offers Mr Whippy thickshakes and Coldrock icecream, also with great selection of drinks and nibbles
Staff have always been friendly. The place needs work though and is due for a refurbishment or replacement.
