16Sold us contaminated petrol on 25 May 2022, and now won't acknowledge or respond. $680 in repairs to our car.
Busy place when I was there, possibly because they were so much cheaper than the major companies, 30 to. 40 cents per litre.
The cheapest place to grab diesel, 91. Good spot to stop in fill up and grab a snack, lots of different varieties of things.
Always cheaper petrol than most other stations, usually about 10c per litre cheaper, which makes a big difference in the long run. Convenient location heading towards Newcastle, easy to get a pump, and never had any problems.
Good service great prices, if you're early before 5 am, or after 11pm fuel is even cheaper by 5cents
Metro petroleum Sandgate is where I go for Diesel because they have the best price and hiflow to boot!
Usually cheapest prices where ever you find them. I pass threw Newcastle and Sydney a couple times a year and plan my travel around Metro locations.
Usually cheap, friendly service but the air machine doesn't work. Reported it to the staff and they are aware (Mar 2020)
Aldi are good. All you would want (unless you are very Fussy). Friendly Store. The Liquor part contains some nice Wines etc.
Filled up there, had issues with my car within 5mins. Fuel tank had to be drained and despite showing them a report that the fuel was discoloured, they weren't interested and blamed metro petroleum for the issue with my vehicle. They also have not contacted me after I sent the report through to them!
Very competitive prices, at least 10 cents cheaper then the big name petrol station. Pro tip go after 8pm for further discounts.
Nice and convenient, being on a major road, and always seems to have petrol a good 10+ cents cheaper than all the other petrol stations I pass on the way to work - certainly helps to have cheaper petrol considering they don't accept any of the supermarket discount vouchers. The store is a bit tired and unfriendly, and so are the pumps, but it's not too bad - worth it for the price.
Always cheapest Newcastle fuel (eg: this week unleaded is 132.9cpl whereas 5km down the road fuel is 147.9cpl staff super friendly. Premises spotless!
It's a service station. It's normally super cheap though but you can't get premium 98 there. Only 95 and e10
Generally tend to have the cheapest petrol in the area. But don't be fooled by my reviews and use motor mouth app for the best prices.
This place was easily 10cents cheaper per litre than all the other servos around Mayfield and Newcastle. And friendly too.
