Best mechanic in town, hands down. Ramy texted me pictures and explained issues during the service, and then spent 30 minutes after hours explaining all required repairs in detail. He was extremely transparent with pricing and even threw in a couple of small repairs for free to keep the bill reasonable. He also found the cause of a persistent issue which another mechanic was unable to fix. This was the first time I've left a mechanic with 110% confidence in what I've been told, and I can't recommend the team at Metro Automotives highly enough. Do yourself a favour and get your next service here, you won't regret it.

I got my honda accord recently serviced in here, Ramy and team manage to squeeze me in a slot in the early morning despite how busy they were in that day, they even take extra time to fix my car window rail that ve been messed up by previous mechanics. Good service for fair price

Best experience I’ve had with a mechanic in Sydney! We had the clutch in our Nissan Dualis repaired and the car serviced. Ramy was amazingly helpful, informative and communicative all throughout the process. Price was very reasonable and no surprises at all along the way. Car drives so smoothly now, really glad we found and chose these guys. Very highly recommended!

These guys are absolute legends, kept my 2008 Hyundai Getz running like a dream in sickness and in health. They were always kind and accommodating to my busy work schedule. It was always a pleasure to come in, I unfortunately had to move house too far away to keep coming but have not been able to find anyone comparable since! Really top service, hard to find a mechanic that doesn’t make you dread making a booking, would give ten stars if I could!

This place is soo good, I had a small issue with the front of my Toyota Yarris and the guy fixed my car for free! Initially, I was worried about going to the mechanic as I heard that they can be really expensive but I was so relieved that he did it for free. The guy’s a legend.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Second time I’ve been there - first time for a set of awesome Conti tyres for my Jazz which were very reasonably priced and second time when I didn’t have an appointment and had an emergency and they went out of their way to help me. Even when they couldn’t help me directly they got the guys next door to come over personally to look at it.

What bloody legends! Both really nice guys Matt and Ramy. Even when you just have a general question about cars (because I’m a noob) Ramy will gladly help so service doesn’t stop as soon as you leave! Thank you again. Highly recommended and will be back (hopefully not too soon!)
