They are amazing guys and specialists. I haven't seen any salons like them. I recommend them 100%.

Hair cut was very copping, uneven and the layers cut very short which means i have to wait before i can re-cut it to fix it. They also left a lot of shampoo in my hair and i paid extra for a blow dry and style, but i had to wash my hair 1 hour after the appointment because the shampoo left in my hair was irritating my scalp.

I had a full head hair color, haircut as well as keratin done and everything came out absolutely perfect! Thanks to Megha, Tamannah and Jada for being incredibly thorough throughout the process. Deffo coming back for next maintenance

Had a haircut with Charlie. He knew what exactly I wanted and did a really good job, very professional and friendly. Would come back regularly for more services.

It has been really a terrible experience for my daughter as she now is traumatized by the situation and doesn’t prefer to go anywhere with this hair. Her appointment was booked and she had to wait 45 minutes. Hair cut took hardly 10 minutes, buzzed hair from sides and back of the head, burned scalp during straightening hair (which she even did not need nor requested), the heating may have been very high that hair is still hard, dry, fuzzy. I think it will take a lot for her to come out of this trauma and I don’t know what to do.
I do not recommend this business to anyone for the reason and their price ranges.
Short hair cut $55 they charge $65-85.
We were charged $65 for no was, no blow dry, nothing other than bad hair cut.

Saved my botched bleach job! I tried and failed to go from dark brown to blonde at home. I'm talking hot roots, brassy, horrible. The team here were super nice and fixed it up for me! Very grateful. Highly recommend!

Had my hair done a few days ago with I think 4 packs of hair extensions
I’ve been having my hair done for years with extensions but stoped because I was sick of being disappointed for a number of reasons
That’s stoped now after seeing the team at Mes Cheveux.

I went in for a full head of foils, I’ve been getting this service for 7 years now and I’ve never had someone put bleach on my already blonde ENDS until now. I washed my hair at home and immediately felt the ends snapping off, I got a trim but my hair is frizzled at the ends still. I am happy with the colour, but around my face the left side has more blond on the root than the right hand side (the foil was started lower) which is embarrassing and I didn’t realise until I had left. My first visit here was good, the person took his time and showed attention to detail, unfortunately the second visit wasn’t so great.

Charbel, I want to thank you so much for your fantastic effort. He works incredibly hard and is the best at his job. I entered the salon feeling let down over the hair colour service I had recently, but I left smiling when he fixed it. I highly recommend him for more satisfying results.

Applied Wrong hair colour and burnt hair

So, I will be honest - my hair is perfect but my friend's hair got completely ruined. We both got hair colour at the same time, in-fact requested for the same colour. Though, my experience was perfect I still decided to give lower rating because I saw what happened to my friend and it could be me the next time. First, they bleached her hair very slowly, so slowly that her hair started breaking before her entire hair was done. This bleaching took a long time, then they applied a wrong hair colour and argued about it. Then, Charlie came over and applied the correct hair colour. He was quite well mannered and great but it was too late to fix the issue. She did not get the hair colour that she wanted, she got a weird colour with 2 hair colours mixing. Her hair was sticky, dry, breaking - all bad things that can happen with your hair. Spending 300$ in one sitting and getting a service like this is not anyone expects. I will definitely add that my hair is perfect, I got what I expected but its too risky to visit again because I could be the one whose hair gets destroyed the next time. There are so many other options around Parramatta, it will be safe to try another place.

I had a very good experience in here. They did awesome job on my hair. I didn’t expect that my hair colour will turns out this good. Staff is very nice and serves politely and treated my hair very gently. Especially, Meg, she did a really good job. I will definitely recommend this salon.

Just got a fresh cut and colour, my hair looks amazing, thank you! Charlie and his team are the best! I always leave this place with a huge smile on my face, they never disappoint.

$250 later and I look like a tiger with my hair highlighted. I got half a head of foils and a trim. Disappointing because I’ve been a few times now and it’s always been very good. Not going back.
