Meriton Suites Zetland

Everything is excellent. The rooms are super comfortable as is the living room. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. Excellent cleaning. I would stay there again

Daughter stayed there recently and went to visit only one problem only one lift was working in block O

View was awesome air-conditioning didn't work and it was a very hot night in the room.
The only saving grace for the night was we sat outside until we were tired.

It was a surprise on how new everything was when we walked through the door. We stayed as a family in the two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. All very well equipped with a full kitchen, decent size living area and bedrooms. The view was wonderful from our balcony. There are a few nearby parks for the kids to go run around at. Just down the road are lots of places to eat, and parking would have costed us $25 with Meriton but we opted to try our luck on the street parking for 3 nights and was able to find parking quite easily. I would really recommend people to stay here, as the price was quite affordable:)

No parking on the streets so you better plan it accordingly. These days, it's a site for folks who are spending their time in quarantine after international travel.

Currently undergoing a 14 day mandatory quarantine. Couldn’t ask for a better location, space to be confined in. Nurses, reception, facilities everything is exceptional- the nurses deserve some real respect for their compassion to those in the quarantine situation.

Honest feedback- improve the WIFI thats some dial up speed you got going there folks.

HUGE plus they have Kevin Murphy bathroom products. I’m now hooked.

I stayed here for my 15 days in Quarantine during Covid. All the Staff & Nurses have been absolutely wonderful. They have gone out of there way with kindness & support and professionalism. A special thank you to Perti who delivered my bag from the Airport. The Rooms are beautiful & stylish, with a balcony.

So clean and well planned out.also stock the best cookies in vending machine.chocolate and macadamia yummy

Don't expect to get a real 5-Star Hotel feeling. It's okay for surfer, families and budget traveler.

Lovely super clean apartment and facilities.everything for cooking. Pool. Spa. Sauna bbq. Wm in apartment. Beautiful modern amenties in room including coffee machine with pods. 7th floor tower L with huge balcony. Parking underneath @20 p 24hours.

Wonderful new building O, nice selection of restaraunts near by. Brilliant service, you can basically request anything.its like a paradise apart from the soap someone keeps putting in the shared spa

Lovely apartment suites. Bedroom lamps could be yellow lights and brighter to illuminate the room nicely and dryers don't work very well.

Stayed here recently and was a pleasurable experience. The rooms are clean and there is ample space. No public transport nearby, however it is a short uber from the airport or to the city.

We stayed at your apartments on the 21st of November 2018, in a 2bdrm Apartment.
On booking we requested a Porta Cot and asked if a mattress would be provided otherwise we would bring our own, as we were coming from interstate.
We were assured a Porta Cot and Matress would be available.
On arrival we found the Porta Cot set up in one room, however no Matress only a blanket on the bottom of the Cot.
We then went to reception and they promptly reassured us that they would get a Mattress bought up to the room, when the staff member arrived, he was only carrying a sheet, he apologised and said that your apartments no longer provide Matresses for the Cots.
We used the blanket as a make shift Matress and the sheet as a blanket.

It is very disappointing been given wrong information not only on one occasion but multiple, especially considering we were travelling from Canberra with a very sick, high dependant baby who was having a procedure the following day at Randwick Children’s Hospital, who spent the night unsettled due to being uncomfortable.

Due to our child’s poor health, we will be travelling more frequently to Sydney and were happy with the apartment at Meriton, and would stay here again, however that was a major let down for us, the correct information was not passed on to us in this instance.

Crappy reception service with staff members who were not apologetic yet apologised to other people in the line waiting.it felt really biased. Was not even given a map or the right direction to the room. Internet did not work at all. We love the Meriton and wanted to try out Zetland but we will not be coming back to this hotel, we have always experienced a great reception staff but this is by far the companies worst

Upper class apartments with full amenities. Near to supermarket shops and restaurants. Burger and ribs, Lucio Pizza and Wok Inn which is famous for fried rice of Indonesian president liking

Staff are ride. The apartments are looking work and tired. Save your cash and get an aiebnb instead

Dropped off my girlfriend there. The entrance to the parking is on the wrong side (right hand side) of the road. 10/10

Nice 2-bedroom hotel unit in O block on level 8.2 large bathrooms. Hiwever bathroom floor can be slippery. Complete kitchen utensils, foxtel tv, 2 king beds and washer cum drier. Our room is partially facing the court yard. You may get some traffic noise from the Eastern Distributor. $20 parking per day but limited. Less than 5 mins walk to Coles and restuarants. The night manager -Aimee is very friendly and efficiently.
