What an experience to share.staff kept in touch constantly to make sure we got the flight conditions optimal for sightseeing. Pilot was very accommodating, informative and friendly. Just finished our twofold bay tour with Pilot John, left us absolutely amazed and wanting more! John is an awesome pilot, very knowledgeable and funny, he kept us entertained and informed on everything the entire time! We will definitely be going again!

We were really let down by this company, lied to about plane condition and that they were waiting on parts, drove to the airport three times only for our flight to be canceled which also had us miss our whale watching trip very very disappointing
