I called ahead to ask if i could come in, during COVID restrictions to literally grab some colour charts. The male employee on the phone was very accomodating
I turned up, as expected, the male employee again was very accomodating
Then the female employee who was leaving with paint for someone else curtly told me to leave as they weren't allowed to let people in. Nice. Get your stories straight. I was masked, over 5m away from anyone. I had called ahead and done everything right. Didn't touch anything and spent literally 3 mins grabbing yellows and greys ONLY. She needs a lesson in kindness and customer service.and someone should tell her the rules of entry as she works there!

An astonishing array of supplies and everything you'd need relating to preperation and painting. Right down to all the sealants and fixatives and sanding pads, gloves, rollers brushes and a multitude of fascinating speciality stuff. Much more than just a paint supplier. Service is helpful. Lots of people on hand to help. Parking out the back.

The customer service was so good, The customer service man there help me find out what I want, very patient and polite. After I made the payment, he proactively help to carry two bottles of paint to my car. I am a woman without strong muscle to carry. Appreciate their help!

Simply the best paint store in Sydney! This family business specialises in making customers feel valued and important! Very good on taking email orders, and possibly the only one that sells wine making equipment.

Sales managers are Nice but there is a woman at the reception who looks like she doesn't want to work or talk to people. She is not very professional.
