Total rip off merchants called my car in for a recall had it booked in for a month when I went to pick it up they didn't even fix the recalled part as they claim they didn't have the parts to do it instead charged me 1500 to do a service for 80000k when the car only has 60000k on it

A warning light came on 30 minutes north of Coffs Harbour (toward the end of a 10 day 2,000 km road trip). I pulled into the dealership and was directed to the service centre. Despite being fully booked I was looked after beautifully by everyone I had contact with - Alex, Sally, Phil and a great coffee or two. An unexpected night in Coffs and my car was ready the next day with a new engine thermostat. Highly recommend, thank you for fitting me in, now safely back in Sydney

Five stars plus for Mercedes’ Benz Coffs coast for their outstanding service. I was on holiday from Sydney when I had a problem with a flat tyre on my ML350. The roadside assistance service couldn’t fix it so the car was towed to the dealership. They immediately solved the problem without me asking for any priority. It was a Friday afternoon and they could easily have just left it until Monday, but knowing I needed to get back to Sydney they went to work straight away. Sally from reception kept me updated on progress and all involved went above and beyond my expectations to get me back on the road that afternoon. All at no cost to me. Thanks again to Mike Blewitt and the team at Coffs Coast Mercedes Benz for getting me out of trouble.

Absolutely thrilled with my whole car buying experience. Lachlan was so professional, helpful, friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. I bought this car sight unseen, but as it was Mercedes certified and from such a reputable dealer I had no concerns. Lachlan had the car fully detailed & serviced ready for me to pick up. He even switched out the number plates on my trade in, washed them! And put them on my new car complete with new

After appalling service from MB Sydney, Lachlan Brown from MB Coffs Coast was superb to deal with. He was courteous and poilte and even delivered my car to me in Port Macquarie which cut 1.5hrs off my drive back to Sydney! Anyone looking to buy a new or used Merc should talk to Lachlan.

Took my Ford Ranger in for a check of a noise in the front end. Was met promptly and efficiently by Llewellyn. My car was fixed and ready sooner than expected and handover was again great. Llewellyn clearly explained what was wrong and what was fixed. Overall very happy with the service from Mike Blewitt Ford.

Picked up our new Mercedes from Coffs Coast Mercedes last week. The car was immaculate and is an absolute joy to drive. We were very happy with the customer service provided through the salesman Lachlan Brown. There was no pressure during the sale and we achieved the trade in price we wanted for our old car. Lachlan kept us up to date with the delivery details and spent ample time showing us the many features fitted in the car on the day of pickup. Cannot fault the professional and freedly service provided by Lachlan and the team at Coffs Coast Mercedes.

Sold an absolute lemon of a AMG. Condition was not as it should have been for a "Certified Pre-Owned". Salesmen Lachlan unhelpful and takes no responsibility for not disclosing the condition of the vehicle.
