Psychologist & dietitian tried to get a reaction out of me. I ran off down the street after they did. I wouldn't recommend treatment here for anyone. Go elsewhere, seriously. This place is a joke.

Happy for the most part with the service. It is difficult to trust ratings overall when people are at their darkest place and require going here. Sometimes we cannot be helped. And sometimes when we need it most, the offending stranger with a nametag is less than helpful or considerate. But there's always that redeeming factor in any place and I know mine to be the 2 ladies who did their best to do their job and help me so I rate them 5stars.

After a suicide attempt it took them almost a week to get in contact with me and another week to see me. In a month I saw them twice, both home visits, where i had to repeat each time my condition because they seemingly forgot to take notes. It's a revolving door of staff who pass you onto the next person. The last visit i had i was basically told that i was no longer sick enough to get their help and that if i need "acute" help again, aka i try to kill myself again, then they would be able to help me. So basically it was a complete waste of time. I wouldn't recommend them at all if you are suicidal or very depressed, you're better off either seeing your GP and going from there or admitting yourself as a voluntary patient into hospital.

An update: They had been in touch with me again recently and I can easily say they are the worst service you’ll ever encounter. Multiple times I told them not to bother me and they kept bothering me. They showed up to my house unannounced and I went off on them. Only thing that stops them is if you threaten legal action against them. I threatened to call police for them trespassing on private property and also threatened to sue them for harassment and since then they have not contacted me. Worst service ever. Not one single person there knows what they’re doing or cares. Zero communication with each other. Legitimately should be closed down and the money funded for something else.

Absolutely wonderful, they helped me get housing and find a good psych. I feel like sometimes they get a bad wrap because they are stuck between complex beurocratic rules and the real world needs of very ill people, they are merely doing there best with the resources they have, but personally I had a wonderful experience and found there services super helpful and encouraging. I also used to see a child psychologist through the youth part of there business years and years ago, and though I was young, I have no bad memories from that time either.

If you are looking for help DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They are rude, arrogant, disrespectful, thinks upsetting you is funny, was 1hr late to their appointment on numerous occasions with no notice or apology and when I made quite a few complaints to the manager she called me a liar about her staffs behavior and was rude aswell

With staff like Skye working there. You will get more support at the base of the gap. I wonder if she takes yearly bets with other staff on how many people she can drive to suicide or split families apart? Whats worth more points Skye?

As a 45yo women when I met a young lady, there called skye I thought what do you know about life your so much younger than me. But I was so wrong, skye was sympathetic to my thoughts, feelings, and didn't just nod her head and pretend to listen to me but she really heard me and helped me reach the goals I had set out to achieve but just couldn't reach them alone.im so very grateful for Skye coming into my life when I had really hit my lowest

Infantilising. Young people are not incapable. If they are seeking help by their own will, it is a sign of emotional maturity. Speak to them with the assumption that they are tough. Otherwise they wouldn't be seeing you in the first place! Treat people like they're weak and they become reliant on others for the rest of their life. Self actualisation should be the ultimate goal.

Unprofessional, arrogant in a way that should never be associated in mental health & just honestly pathetic. This place is the opposite of servicing mental health, and that's so unfortunate. People deserve better, and the bad service need to do better and fix the issue.

Good dietary advice from Luke is helping me change my diet and good advice from Cathy is helping me with the way I think about food.

Psychiatrist threatened me, lost her cool and made the whole appointment about her and her getting her way while refusing to listen. Still reeling from it.

By far, the worst service I have ever received.
When I went in for my injection in 2016, the nurses were laughing and made jokes about me, in front of me, to eachother, and made sure they were rough with the procedure.
The psychiatrists were one of the worst, if not the worst, I could ever deal with.
One of them as falling asleep while I was talking.
No treatment whatsoever, for ADHD.
I was put on a community treatment order, for no reason.
I was homeless and troubled at the time, but received real treatment elsewhere, with private healthcare.
I now work full time and am paying off my own mortgage and am very content and extremely functional.
Do not go here, and "run for the hills" if you are sent here, or are thinking about going here
They genuinely, honestly, truthfully, DO NOT CARE about you.
Save your money, wait the 2 month waiting period, and get "Private Healthcare".

Garbage 'service'. No communication, no notes on file so you have the same conversation over and over and nothing gets done. Ask what "your plan for self care is" instead of providing any plans or help or advice. Useless and uncaring.
