One of the best online stores for men’s grooming needs but failed spectacularly with a simple haircut. Uneven sides, fades not faded properly, shaky hands with a straight razor.it was ugly.

Hate to rip on a business, but it was just unacceptable.

Just got a cut from men's biz with Rual. He is such a friendly guy and best of all he knows how to really cut and style! Now I know why he gets such reviews. Will definitely be seeing him again soon. Please dont go back to London

It was my first time at Men's Biz Strand Arcade branch and suffice to say, I really liked the result. The hair dressers are nice and friendly.

The girl who did my hair was asian - I forgot to ask her name but I will choose her again next time. Can you reply what her name is?

Fantastic Haircut with Raul. Listened to what I had to say and explained what he was going to do to achieve what I wanted. Great to talk to him. And I'm really happy with the haircut.

Went in for another trim today and those guys really know the business. Thanks to Ruel, as always, for being an ace fella and keeping me looking as good as I'm gunna get. Will never change barber, a long as I have a beard and they are open.

If you are shopping online appeals more. Attentive service but lacking in knowledge about product range.

I want to lie to be honest. I want to say Rual is terrible so none of you book him and I don’t have to stress about getting a spot with him. I can’t do that to the guy though, he’s honestly an absolute legend of the game and a gent too. All the staff are always friendly, super nice and are always sure to offer a drink on arrival. Do your mop a favour and see Rual!

Happy with my haircut, and I don't say that often. Friendly staff and reasonable prices for a place that looks quite fancy. Great selection of men's grooming products.

Friendly and professional, and I'm very happy with the result. It's fairly pricey for a poor uni student but you definitely get your money's worth. If I lived closer I'd go back more often!

Sora provided great advice on a new hairstyle that would suit and then cut it beautifully. Even got seal of approval from my kids. I've found my hairdresser!

Ordinary barbershop. Don't check what you've actually booked online (didn't get a wash despite booking it). Nothing special about service either.

Best barbers in town. Sora from mensbiz has been amazing in recommending style and execution of my cuts. Being a rare case of having hair that doesn’t listen to anything, Sora advice has been on point. Recommend mensbiz and Sora to those that are looking for a clean, fade cut.

Excellent service and products - went above and beyond with my haircut - even giving my eyebrows a quick trim at my request! Make sure you book in advance as now a very popular barber shop.

Quality has slipped over the last 2 haircuts. I liked it better when there was a male only team. The male barbers that cut my hair were awesome, but the high staff turnover and addition of female barbers has resulted in a loss of confidence in Men's biz (nothing against the female barbers there currently but I have noticed that women don't cut men's hair as well as men, hence why I go to a men's barber shop). Shop is lovely and team is friendly.

Had a haircut with Ricky, she was amazing and helped me decide my style, great work, you could see the dedication that they put into it!

I organised my morning around the appointment. Was sent an SMS reminder 2 hours out. On my way in was sent another text saying the barber was running about 10 mins late. Arrived 10 mins late, barber was a long way from ready, nowhere to sit and wait. After 15 more mins the barber finally finished his customer, then someone else was shown to the seat in front of me.so I walked off without the haircut. Didn't want to reward them with my business. Pathetic. Avoid.

These guys are very skilled and they know what they do. No rush at all and take care of finest of details and are very precise. Excellent customer service and Without any doubt best in sydney.
