Lashes done very well if I could give 10 starts I would. Got to the place and went straight in. Very nice ladies working there and it’s a very nice place!

The student that did my lashes was very sweet, gentle and lovely. The teacher gave good feedback. The place itself was beautiful, very well maintained and smelled amazing, I was so relaxed I fell asleep. It took longer than I expected but she was learning so I wasn’t upset or anything, all in all she did a great job and I’d be happy to go back again!

I've been getting my eyelash extensions from Melissa since 2019. I've been very happy with her quality of work and highly recommend her to anyone interested in having lash extensions.

The worst experience I ever had. First of all I was due to have eyelash extensions at 1pm and was stuck in traffic and couldn’t make it in time so I messaged on Facebook to say I will be only 10-15 min late and they did not accept it and told me to come the next day when I was on my way. I had to just say that I have just parking and coming as it was a huge inconvenience for me to come back another day. This was for the free eyelash model they wanted. I went in and they were speaking in their language and have been treated with the worst treatment. Having a student do my eyelashes! How can you have a student do your eyelashes when you haven’t gotten told as well as it took more than two hours to do. When I spoken up and said that I need to leave as they wanted me to stay another two hours the lady told me he is learning and that that’s why he is taking a long time! I couldn’t believe that she would say this. I did not ask for a student to do it. I did not come for the student. I came to be the model for the owner of the business the one whom i was talking to. Do not go there if you want to be a model I give it 0 out of 10 for service and for the outcome as well

Love coming here but if you’re in a rush make sure you chose one of the senior technicians otherwise you’ll definitely be hanging around longer than your allocated time. Otherwise great services.

Made a booking online with Melissa Lashes @1pm I even messaged them to confirm and when I got there they didn’t even take me in. Been waiting for 20mins another lady came in and they took her in straight away. I just wanted a lash removal but I was so disappointed I had to leave and luckily I found a place nearby who took me in straight away.

First time getting eyelash extensions and was blown away by the results! Had the Hybrid and they came out looking natural with great lenght, changed my whole look! Unfortunately my experience with Melissa lashes was terrible. I went for Russian extensions 2 days ago. The same day after getting them done I felt my eyes were itchy and irritated but I ignored it thinking that it’s normal as i had just got it done. However as more time passed it felt more irritated and the next day I woke up in the morning with red and swollen left eye, and my right eye was slightly red as well. It hurt to blink and even keep my eyes open. I immediately saw my GP and she said I have got acute bacterial conjunctivitis on my left eye and prescribed me eye drop antibiotics which I am still taking every two hours in a day and for the next few days. I have been feeling very worried because I am also pregnant in my third trimester.
I have had extensions done before in other places and this has never happened to me. I don’t wish this to happen to anyone. Off course I will not be coming back to this salon again. The ladies there also did not take it seriously and will not allow for a full refund as I have ‘used their time’ and will give less the money I paid for unless I get my lashes removed by them,
even though I had proof of my medical certificate. Off course I had my lashes removed by a different salon as I couldn’t risk it further. Not only time and money wasted but also leaving the place with bacterial
conjunctivitis.

I have been getting my eyelashes done by Melissa for 3 years! I have been to other eyelash services and no one compares to Melissa and her team. They are prompt and always do an amazing job, could not recommend a business enough!

Came to Melissa after having a horrible experience elsewhere. She kindle took care of me and did beautiful lash set on me, while also taking care of my lashes from the previous place. Highly recommend her. Thank you Melissa for taking care of me.
