Happy with product when it eventually turned up. Customer service tried to help get it delivered. I’d rather pay for shipping than for it to be sent for free on the worst courier company Aramex. Took nearly 2 weeks.

My experience was Good.although shipping for 1 pkt plastic packets was $16! And the pockets were $5

Was looking for some good quality book cover contacts, enquired on the online chat, the lady was prompt and very helpful. However for some reasons the order shipped was nowhere in sight after about a week so I went back to the team to check. I got a prompt reply right away and the order arrived two days after. It was the definitely of superior quality. So I made another order, and this second order came very quickly without any problems.

Placed an order on 8 Jan that was advertised to be shipped before 17 Jan. On 24 Jan, I follow up on the order and receive a response saying the product I ordered is not in stock and will be substituted. I reply saying I would like a refund, given it’s not the product I ordered and paid for.

This email is ignored. I follow up three times, until I finally receive a reply on 4 Feb saying the order is still to be shipped, but completely ignoring my request for a refund.

Later that same day I receive a notification saying the order has been dispatched. I again follow up reiterating my request for a refund. Still no response.

I’ve since lodged a complaint with the ACCC. Really poor experience with this company, I won’t ever use again.

Second time ordering from them and the last. The first time they took my money despite not having stock and took forever to deliver and still had to refund the stock that was missing. Thought I'd give them a second chance instead of using Officeworks and I regret it. I had to chase them to find out where my order was to find out they had no stock, then asked for refund and it took days to hear back and am still no better off as they are shipping part of the order but I dont know which parts so I can't replace the missing items. Terrible service.

I ordered my RAT test on the 10 Jan then they said they had no stock even though on line they did. They then said they had to change the test kits to a better quality at no extra charge. Hmmm still waiting and its been a month now and still no response as to an ETA. No happy

The stock hasn't arrived after five days. I messaged the support team, and they said they were waiting on the product from their suppliers. It will take five business days, and they will send the stock over. No notification on it will take that long. Very disappointing. Please let us know when we order if it is out of stock.

Placed an order on the 11th Jan, still hasn't arrived and have had no success in contacting the company or cancelling my order despite requesting a refund twice.

What a wonderful Aussie business! Package came in no time and it was beautifully put together with some bonus items! Would happily shop here again!

I just learned that they’re going to take A MONTH to pop a box of thumb tacks in the mail. Are you guys ok?

Done my order back in March and you keep giving me fake shipping date every time I contact you.

Much like many other reviews here I placed an order for 5 items in March that were flagged as available except for toilet paper & sanitiser which had a two week wait.
It took multiple follow up calls and emails (most of which got no response) harassing them and being told the same runaround stories about their suppliers being delayed. Eventually after weeks of this and only after asking for a refund I was able to have items sent bit by bit every few weeks or so. After having not received the toilet paper in almost 3mth and several follow ups I was told that they do not keep this brand anymore and it seemed that if I didn’t say anything that they would have just ignored this part of the order.
As I needed the items urgently I had to order again through a different supplier who got everything here in under a week.
As our company of almost 100 sites is looking for new suppliers of office and cleaning products, I was really hoping that these guys would offer a good service that may be able to provide ongoing supply. Unfortunately it has gone the other way and I have had to advise that we never use them again.
In summary it took 3mth of constant following up to get my order and the communication was poor and their excuses for not being able to supply are ridiculous considering other companies can do so. It is almost July now, the toilet paper shortage ended months ago and I just received mine today.

Ordered labels from inside the same state as Mega Thing. Eight days later they still have not arrived. I wrote them to ask where my order was and got an automatic email that says it may take up to 72 hours for a return phone call.

Ordered from Mega Thing as our usual provider was out of stock - Mega Thing was significantly cheaper (by about 50%). Packing and postage was very efficient, with no discernible delay due to to COVID-19 or otherwise, and a lovely message from the staff. We will definitely be ordering our stationery from Mega Thing in future. Highly recommended.

This company will take your money and run with it. My order took 4 months to arrive and wasn’t fulfilled properly despite the website saying the items I bought were in stock. They were happy to take my money 4 months ago and have not sent any emails/notifications saying that my order was delayed. I had to follow up with them about my order multiple times and never received a genuine response. The order was over $500. My business will not continue to deal with mega thing again.

Exceptional customer service, with delivery that occurred in next to no time, with high quality value for money goods. A far superior overall experience than the more well known nationally based office supply company.

Ordered and paid in March. Still waiting for delivery. No communication at all which is poor, I rang to complain in April when product delivery was expected, they are now saying July but no date provided. My colleague and I ordered a week apart and she has received delivery of the same product last month. Very disappointed.

Get all of your office supplies here! They are truly the best! I recently needed some items that I usually only buy once a year, but to my surprise they had been discontinued at the usual stores that I go to! I had a bit of a panic but was relieved when I found them at Mega Thing!

It was my first time purchasing from Mega Thing and let me tell you, they have outstanding customer service! I ordered the items that I needed and specified the particular colours I wanted for these items. One of the staff members rang me as a courtesy to let me know that they didn't get to choose the colours from their supplier and their recent order didn't have the colours I wanted, so they re-ordered the items for me! There was a quick turn around time and they even placed a thank you card and a cute, small bag of lollies in the parcel! Thank you so much guys and keep up the great work!
