55 I'm giving 4 stars, it would have been 5 except I had to wait an hour past my appointment time, I had an MRI which I had to pay quite a bit for and I'm a firm believer in that if you're paying for something waiting isn't acceptable, obviously things do happen that are unavoidable and a little bit of a wait time is understandable but not 1 hour.
However having said that I had a panic attack inside the machine I squeezed my emergency bell and the ladies came straight in and got me out which I was so very grateful for, as I was 3/4 of the way through and they only had 1 more picture to get they decided to allow me to do the last picture by putting me feet first into the machine, I was just disappointed in myself because they decided to make me wait and see another patient before doing my last scan which was almost 30min wait, by the time I finished I had been there 2hrs, im just praying that there is no drama with the pictures, I only had the scan yesterday and it's a 48hr wait for the results so I don't know yet.
So yeah the girls who looked after me were very lovely and I appreciated their understanding and help, just the very long wait time to be seen isn't ideal when you suffer from chronic pain as i do.
I had my 20 week scan done yesterday honestly the sonographer Jason was absolutely amazing thanks u so much Jason would definitely came again and do my scan here
I had my morphology scan here and the staff was very friendly, very good experience, the Dr did detailed scan and explained each and everything in detail and gift us with a goody bag too which is full of nappies diapers samples ️ I love the overall experience. Highly recommended to all pregnant women’s.
A very positive experience while visiting this centre with my wife. I am living in the neighbourhood, but my last visit with my wife on 4/04/2023 the sonographer (tall skinny blond lady) was rude and disrespectful towards my wife. It’s understandable that it was a busy day, but this should never compromise how patients should be treated. I would still give 4 stars for professional reception and other staff.
My wife had a scan at the Women's Imaging clinic and received excellent service. I would highly recommend the place.
Very lovely staff, had an amazing experience in the new women section but the waiting room needs a front desk as it is inconvenient for the lady at the front - eventhough she didn’t have a desk she remained professional but I would recommend she gets a desk.
I have the best experience in there.
Very clean and quiet. Dr were so nice.highly recommend for any pregnant mom to do there ultrasound here.
Wouldn't recommend this place, I recently moved to the area and had previously been going elsewhere for my CT scans. Went first time to this place as get a yearly check for my cardiologist to review, after doing my scan the report was referred back to the GP and an important point was totally left out. The report read that there was no issues, it was only until my cardiologist called them to amend the report that it was fixed.
Wonderful helpful staff overall, particularly at the reception and the gentleman putting the cannula in was very skilful!
They say opening hours at 8 am to 5 pm but calling them at 8.30 am still close. They must be funny or lazy.useless
We were able to get in for an appointment quickly and get our scan done promptly the staff were great with my kids.

Came in as moral support for my husbands heart CT and ended up fitting in a ultrasound for myself. The lovely staff fit me in without an appointment and bulk billed both my husbands scan as well as my ultrasound. So grateful to Medscan Merrylands for putting our health first.
Sometimes you need to be grateful for this awesome place. Found a massive heart blockage twice a few years back on 2 occasions after leaving hospital.passed ecgs.stress tests. I would have not been here without this place so credit where credit is due.

I had a great experience attending Medscan Merrylands today. I rang this morning hoping to get an appointment for my daughter and there was two available the first one was within one hour of my call and the second within two hours of my call. I walked in and only had to wait five minutes for my daughter to get a paediatric ultrasound with Jason I believe. He was very reassuring and spoke about his personal experience with his daughters which was really lovely to hear about. The staff are so friendly and polite especially Lana!:) Results are provided with a very short turnover which is very reassuring when you are a worried parent. I will definitely recommend Medscan Merrylands to all of my family and friends. This place is great if you have children and I have been to many places but this one is by far the best! They also bulk bill which is the icing on the cake
Great staff. Great service. Had all my scans with Medscan for the past 5 years never had to wait for more than 10mins and never had any issues. Highly recommend Medscan
Will NEVER come back to this place again. Staff have taken bookings on two occasions then when I get there and wait my turn they advise me that they don't do those scans there. I don't understand why they take bookings in the first place. Also the receptionist said my condition out loud for everyone to hear which was very embarrassing for me! Train your staff to be more compassionate and ask for details when taking bookings so people aren't wasting there time!
