Medispecs Ed Square

Very bad experience, fixed an appointment for 1pm and confirmed but when we reach there doctor has left center for lunch. Why do you confirm appointment if you cant attent patiënt it?

Had my eyes examined here and i has a wonderful experience! All my concerns and questions were explained thoroughly, and the staff were extremely helpful and patient with helped me pick the perfect frame for me that suited me and was practical. Can not recommend these guys enough

I came here needing an eye check as I had started experiencing more floaters. Yasmine, the optometrist, was skilled enough to pick up that I had a hole in my eye. I ended up getting a second opinion from a specialist and sure enough, there was in fact a hole in my eye. This is just a testament to how skilled Yasmine is as an optometrist.

Absolutely wonderful service provided. John was so good with the kids and made them feel very at ease during their eye test. They also have a great selection of glasses. Highly recommend!

John and Staff are very friendly and excellent customer service makes you feel comfortable and knowledgeable with their products and preferences. John is very professional and giving you the accurate information about eye health and advice explained thoroughly and makes you understand. Referred by a friend, we booked an appointment to get our eyes checked for me, husband and 2 kids. After few days, it wasn’t disappointing! The service was amazing from the front desk to the optometrist. Staff were friendly and accommodating! John was really great with kids and us feel comfortable through the process. The range of glasses are wide and branded. Will definitely come back and recommend to others! All the best guys!

I can highly recommend Medispecs the service here was exceptional so many good brands of optical and sunglasses they stock some of the named brands that spec savers don’t stock I was mainly after rayban opticals glasses and they have great variety of the nicer brands John was super helpful and you can tell they are their to make sure they pick you out the perfect glasses. I’m sending my family here to use their new year healthcare rebate.

Outstanding, no nonsense service. Both sets of glasses I ordered came in less than 2 weeks. Highly recommend here if you're tired of big franchise stores trying to upsell you stuff all the time.

A+ Service, very in depth consultation and very thorough. I am changing optometrists after this, he made sure i was comfortable and made sure i understood the information that was given regarding eye health and how to prolong good eye sight.

John is a fantastic optometrist. I always have trouble with every other optometrist. The dispenser Ava was very helpful in frame styling. I will definitely be back!

I recently had my eyes tested here and the service by Dr John Nguyen was nothing short of excellent! Having worn glasses since childhood, I’ve had many eye exams done before, but none as thorough and well explained as my experience at Medispecs. I could tell Dr John really cares about his patients. Big shoutout to Ava as well who patiently helped me find some frames as I tried on multiple pairs, multiple times
