Worked here a few years ago, appalling business practices, tried to threaten me with legal action when I left and accused me of stealing documents like they would be worth it. I would stear clear of this company, as an employee or a company.

I joined this agency a month ago as a aged care worker and in this time they assigned me around 6-7 shifts but always just before start shift they canceled shift.its seems very unprofessional agency.

Very unprofessional staffing practices. Kept offices open during covid despite health advice. Half the reviews listed as “5 star” are from current staff. Appalling.

Consistently friendly and approachable staff. Their team was always able to help me, and went above and beyond to give me updates, transparency and what I wanted. 5 stars.

Very disappointed with Medical staff. I am a RN and completed a contract with medical staff in December 2018. It was stated clearly in my contract that they will reimburse me the travelling cost from any major city within Australia. It is almost June 2019 and i am still waiting for my reimbursement cost to be paid back to me. I have made number of phone calls to them and every time they are assuring me that they will act on it but no action has been taken. Very unprofessional.

I would like to follow up on my last review 2 months ago. I was advised to contact account team. I have made number of phone calls to the account team but they never bothered to follow up with me. Three weeks ago i was advised by the account team that they were paid by the hospital in June, 2019 and now they can pay me. However, I am still waiting for the payment. To add onto it they are not even answering my phone calls anymore. What a unprofessional organisation. Please be aware people.

I worked as a clinical facilitator for Medical Staff. Very supportive staff and willing to help, especially for starting up on the role. Unfortunately the rates are not very competetive and is equivalent to an RN5, and not worth it if you are doing your job right!

I have been working for MS for a few months. I have found them professional and very accessible when I have queries. The 24hr phone service is a great back up! I liaise with Emma in the NSW Sydney Office a great deal and she helps me find shifts that suit my skill set and time restrictions. She is amenable and goes the extra mile. MS staff provides a very personal service even though I’ve never met most of them face to face. I recommend working with them.

This was the worst experience ever! After driving 1.5hrs, taking passport photos and making all requested copies i was falsely accused of working for another agency. Very rude and unprofessional service! Will never want to work for this company!
