Harry do the US and help doctors administer Cortisone injection. Today I had the worst experience with him. I have been going to Quantam imaging since 2008. Staff is good and quite busy with the patients. But Harry is so disrespectful, asking me question and when I replied back he asked me “ OK STOP TAKE A DEEEP BREATHE AND HE SHOWED ME HOW TO TAKE A DEEP BREATHE’”. I found it so disrespectful as you asked me question and when I was answering you suddenly stopped me and treated me like a preschool kid. Please have some respect for your patients who wait long hours like more than 2 hours to get their Xray and US injections done. You are not only the one working hard. Everyone is working hard and don’t deserve such a disgrace from you Harry. Take some rest have good holidays and come back happily to work as you are also dealing with patients. You need to be professional, don’t take ur job as granted. Be nice and kind with your patients. Very disappointed, I will never go to Quantum again.

Horrible services. The girls at the reception was very good to me but the sonographer that performed the test was a bit rude and no compassion. This place seem so rush and they just want to make a quick money. They see patients as money tree nothing more than that. I will never go back to this bad place. People who doesnt speak english go here and they treated them like pieces of sh its.

So bizarre, we are in 2023 and if we can have covid and not isolate and still be at work etc based on the government rules, I don’t understand why you can’t have your partner with you at your dating scan to see your first child. So ridiculous! Save yourself and find somewhere that actually allows you to enjoy that moment for the first time.

They act nice and fancy while missing the main point as a radiologist. I went there with my wife for her first dating ultrasound and was asked to wait outside. She was then given a paper to hand to the reception which she did after her dating scan was done. The guy at the reception told her to come on Tuesday 24/01/2023 to receive the scan as a hardcopy. I had to change route driving from work straight to Bankstown after struggling to find a parking and waiting in a queue they referred me to the same person, he was looking for the copy and did not find it because they are unorganised and unprofessional. Then he asked another lady to assist him and find an excuse to get him out of that mess. The lady then told me we sent it to your doctor and no need to receive anything (as if it was my first time being to a radiologist). I was frustrated for the time waisted and their lack of experience as a receptionists. It's not the name that deliver the professional service but the people. Quantum Radiology should change the people that can't even hand you a copy of the scan like any other normal radiology and learn at least to apologise for their bad services and inexperience.

Worst place to get the ultra sound. Don't go there with your kids. They will kick you out on the streets. Woman who calls Herself practice manager is rude to you. She thinks she owns the place.

Worst experience in Sydney. I completely agree with the rules of the system, but if they informed me that they don't allow the support person along with the patient while booking, i would not have booked it in the first place. The first lady in the reception is very rude. I was very excited to see the baby, but this radiology ruined my day.

I’ve been coming here for…. About 12 years? For all pregnancies and all x-rays etc.def a huge improvement over the years. The wait times used to be absolute chaos but not anymore! I just really wanted to say a huge thank you to Susan! She has really been so helpful and so lovely to me over the years! An absolute Gem! All woman and now, men working behind the counter are lovely, and polite. But Susan has always been really helpful. Thank you!
All my memories with all my babies are with you guys thank you for the experiences.

Absolutely rubbish, you wait for so long and the people there have no clue what they're doing. Find somewhere else to go people, don't bother with this place!

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this site was awful. The receptionist when making them booking didn’t inform me of the preparation for the procedure and she didn’t ask any safety questions, she just booked. Then I went in for the injection and was turned away cause my blood sugar was high, (that’s fine) but the radiographer told me if I could bring it below ten before 3 they could to the injection which I did. Before I left the house I called them to make sure I was still able to come, they said yes and then the radiologist turned me away saying they don’t do these injections and she said no one does them (which is a lie). Unprofessional staff made me come in twice before they turned me away completely.

Worse customer service ever! I work in customer service and I'd be counselled by management if I treated anyone the way we were treated yesterday. The lady at the 1st desk at reception was disgusting, my mother in law was the patient and suffers with social anxiety. We were never told not to bring a support person when making the booking. When we got there the lady asked which one is the patient my mother in law gave her the referral she then throws her hand at me and says "well she needs to get out" patients only, we explained that she has bad anxiety and cannot be left alone her response was doesn't matter those are the rules. My mother in law cancelled her important MRI, my suggestion in regards to your policy is to to be a little flexible and compassionate with people with mental health issues and maybe offer extra support for these cases which I'm sure are rare. Her tone and lack of empathy was was disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who has a disability. I would like to go further with this complaint. Please do not respond with how you Carr about your patients because it was not evident yesterday

Nearly got electrocuted by faulty wiring then got got a needle shoved in to my knee cap. Cheers had a great day thanks "nòt"

I've been going to this place for more than 4 years and never had an issue with them. They always greated me with a smile and always made me feel welcomed staff are really great they are very professional and on time.

Wonderful work and well organised
During this hard time.
Staff well look after the patients with all respect from the arrival till leaving.
All were Working hard to keep the place safe for everyone staff and patients.

The experience I had today was very unpleasant from start to finish. The staff need to treat people like human beings and not a number. Certainly didn't feel like I was treated with care or compassion

Radiologist misdiagnosed my partner. As a result of this we had to pay for an orthopaedic review for absolutely no reason. Extremely frustrated.
