Relocating to a rural lifestyle to breed dogs. I sought a new GP. Previously a transient 38-years living and working between NZ and Sydney I was a patient with my NZ, family Dr for 35 - years. Covid - 19 changed that as of 2020. Transferring to this Medical Center At Round Corner had me instantly aware that the Medical
Practitioner I was to meet Dr Regy Joseph was a conscientious GP, who follows protocol while also coming to listen to your health needs and personable requirements. We all require this of our GP's. No one wants to be of ill health, having doctors who represent their profession while connecting with their patients needs is not a privilege it should be mandatory.to my relief and satisfaction I've found this at this clinic.

I had my first visit to the Medical Centre At Round Corner this afternoon, and I am compelled to share my positive experience through this review. Initially, my reason for choosing this clinic was its BULK BILLING service, which I found appealing. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, which made my visit quite delightful.

As English isn't my primary language, I had prepared my medical concerns in advance. Dr. Regy Joseph showed remarkable patience and efficiency in addressing my needs promptly. Not only did Dr. Regy Joseph patiently listen to my primary concerns, but also efficiently provided various referrals for tests. Moreover, the detailed explanation and guidance given for my follow-up consultation were highly appreciated. Dr. Regy Joseph is undoubtedly trustworthy and competent. I wish I had encountered such an excellent GP upon my arrival in Australia.

I'm considering bringing other family members to see Dr. Regy Joseph as well. It's rare to come across such a reliable and caring medical professional.

Saw Dr Ryan Chen for a full body skin check. Extremely professional and respectful (I am female) and good at answering questions.

My teenager received his immunisation at this medical center today. We were first seen by Dr Dong who went through his medical history since he was a new patient at this centre. Additionally, she took the time to explain any potential side effects that he might experience from the vaccine.
The nurse who administered the shot was friendly and gentle, creating a comfortable environment for my child.
I was particularly impressed by the medical centre’s cleanliness. It is evident that the centre is well maintained and managed efficiently, which further contributes to its overall excellence.

It was my first visit at the practice. Very friendly staff and almost no waiting time. Great experience!

I saw Dr Rezzi who was friendly and listened to my ailment and he gave me some helpful advice. The surgery was very clean, neat and tidy and the Receptionist was friendly and polite.

We were both (consecutively) with Dr Hefny. Great guy. He even laughed at one of my jokes All very efficient, exactly on time (this is 13: 00 when docs are running overtime), great everything incl front desk. Thanks guys

Just arrived from United Kingdom 4 days ago and my son has taken an infection in his throat was seen by a doctor within 10minutes of arrival and antibiotics prescribed by a lovely doctor couldn't recommend enough all staff we encountered were so nice and friendly

Was really disappointed with the doctor that I saw on two occasions. Dr Mana.
She did attend to my issues but wasn’t very caring and interested in asking me questions about my issues.
When I was trying explain my issues that I was having she just went straight to prescribing what she thought I needed. Didn’t ask me what symptoms I was having or if I had tests to get an actual diagnosis of the issue. (I have in the past at a different doctor) But she didn’t even ask that and how did she know that I wasn’t potentially misdiagnosing myself. She was already pushing me out the door without asking if I had any other problems or queries. (On the second occasion I was in the room for 4 minutes and at this point I was so disappointed with her service that I decided to just leave instead of asking about my other issues.) It felt like she was just doing what she did, to make me happy and get me out the door.

I have always experienced friendly service from the staff at reception, Dr Hefney always takes the time to fully discuss any issues you have and explains and answers all your questions. You never feel that you are being rushed, and that he cares for you health.
