13Went to north ryde Macquarie Centre for my claim. It was same like before.long queue but there was a girl named Diljiot if I calling her name correctly helped me to made it quicker. She said she is a trainee but she went above and beyond to help me and others. Highly recommend for great customer service. Thank you north ryde store

I am absolutely disappointed with Medibank regarding the lack of customer service/assistance on an ongoing issue, inability to process my Extras claims which is what I paid for and how hard it is for a customer to even get in contact with Medibank.
For months, I am unable to submit an online claim for a variety of entitled services. I managed to speak to someone on the phone who said they will resolve this issue and get back to me. I recall asking her how will you let me know its resolved and she just asked me to wait a week and try again online with no reference number or follow up from Medibank. Months later, no response and nothing was fixed.
Online concierge is also useless. Keeps asking me to log in when I'm already logged in. And unable to help further because it can't recognise that I'm logged in.
Very bad service!The Manderin- speaking woman is very rude and arrogant, she did NOT know about respect, and her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable. I cannot believe Medibank, the top insurance company in Australia, did not train the employees about customer service. I would NOT come back, in short, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
Terrible customer service from ELena Lau and Jack Chen. First Jack Chen was impatient, arrogant, not trying to help. I tried very very very hard by myself to get an easy answer from him. He was not trying to listen but only ask customer to follow what he thinks right (Luckily I didn't listen to him and saved lots of my time doing unnecessary things). I spent about 30 minutes there and Elena was always holding the line just waiting. She seems didn't want to attend any customer service just using excuse as she is online and she has been holding the line for half an hour so she can't give up the line. So I couldn't get things done there because I couldn't get final approval from her as she is waiting for the line forever. To customer's view, she is not professional or efficient as a staff there. I paid a few years and it is first time I tried to get some information from a particular treatment I received. It is true I didn't know much about your claim procedure because I have never claimed anything after paying hospital cover for many years. I will quit Medibank because it is so so so hard to deal with you when I need your service.
Very pool customer service, wasted time. Recommend not to visit here and better do online inquiry because you will never get the right and enough information.
Paying for more than $100 per month and they messed up with my medical receipts when I handed to them, useless staff didn’t scan my one and only receipt to the system and apparently all the receipts are ‘sent away’ and here’s their suggestions - go back to the medical centre to get my receipts again. Wait a minute I thought you are here to help my life to make my life easier MEDIBANK? ! Rubbish
Very poor customer service. We wanted more information on upgrading our policies but got very little out of the assistant. We ended up calling another provider, who were very helpful and transparent with us, and so have switched over. Will not be dealing with Medibank again.
Poor customer service especially their store manager Elena. Customer ask you question because they don’t know or don’t understand how the policy works. Elena, as a Medibank staff, and a store manager, assuming customer should know everything? Unbelievable. This is the attitude as a store manager. This is how you choose your store manager to be the face of Medibank. Good luck to you.
