Friendly staff and well organised medical centre. Dr. Sanjay & Dr. Belqees are very good, very understanding.

Was basically shown the door and told to find another doctor next time. One that bulk bills. All I needed was a simple renewal of my script.

I found every staff members very friendly. I would like to recommend everyone who’s looking for best GP’s.

Dr Belquees Omar is amazing she takes all necessary action required for her patients medical condition. The staff at the centre are very helpful and always greet patients with a smile

I had a walk-in session in the early morning with an urgent matter. The staffs and doctor was very friendly and things got done very quickly as well (even with booking a follow-up session). Highly recommended!

Waited 40 minutes for a booked appointment more than a week ago. Called the receptionist to check if the DR is able to do the procedure but had been advised to just book that in, just to found out that the DR is not able to perform the required procedure. What a waste of time.

Extremely disappointed. I forced myself to go to see a doctor despite knowing it would mean sacrificing the only time I have to spend with my family with my over demanding work schedule. I waited an hour and a half. At the start of my appointment i said i was there for two reason. One, being a pain in my arm that is so severe it is costing me my job. The other a simple review for my mental health care plan. The doctor spent the entire time discussing mental health issues and drug option and ZERO time about my arm that is leaving me unemployed and is far more of a pressing issue. At the end i requested please to discuss my arm but was told i would need to come back. This office also does not bulk bill so it means I have now spent money I cant afford, loss the only time this week I had to spend with my little one, and i still have no idea who to see for the debilitating pain in my arm. Thanks for a huge cost and waist of my time

Each time I've been here the wait times are minimal compared to others in the area where I am waiting 45min -1 hour for my appointment

Doctor and nurse very very nice. And not long waiting period.
But I have to pay 3 times when I have a lump on the back neck.
First time doctor said no need antibiotics, exercise is enough.
Not get better, come back, doctor said need antibiotics and an ultrasound.
Third time come to check ultrasound result.
Everytime it took less than 5mins.
I understand Doctors are hard job but you have charged too too much.

Booked on line Sunday morning for 2.50pm appointment for a flu shot. Arrived on time and within 10 minutes was seated for the.vaccine. The nurse was attentive and very informative. Asked if I had any allergies and showed me my online medical vaccine from the past. Made me feel at ease and was very polite. Lovely person. Probably the best experience I’ve had in a medical centre.

I visited a doctor when I had 4-5 blisters suspecting it was chickenpox but he said that it was something called molluscum contagiosum. I trusted him. Then the next day blisters multiplied all over my body. I came there again but visited another doctor. She checked the record and then said that it was not chicken pox and it wasn't contagious therefore I can go to work and school and she didn't even make me a medical certificate. As I wasn't feeling well I didn't go to work and school for a week. I went to another medical center and she confirmed that it was chickenpox and was highly contagious.
Total I had to pay $180 just to talk to doctors for max 5mins and get false diagnosed.

Wonderful service! I booked my appointment for Sunday the same day I called, I saw the doctor on time, did a blood test straight after my appointment and went home with everything done in less then 1 hour. I strongly recommend this clinic.

Receptionist was very nice and was on time and seen Dr within 10 minutes of arrival Dr was very thorough. Will return. Thank you for all your help.

Dra. Fauzia is angel in my life, I went to see her after several attempts with wrong doctors who offered me the wrong treatment, I was down, about to give and accept that my Achilles had no cure. She pointed me out the right direction and now I’m back on track.

Great clinic, awesome reception staff, all the doctors, nurses, allied health staff are really lovely and keen to help out. Really caring and lovely medical centre. Even though I live further I still come here. They are open all 7 days, sometimes till late hours even. Nearby parking usually always available on the side streets or KFC or even the housing area.

Dr fauzia …Absolute despicable behaviour.extremely rude laughed when I was discussing my medical problem … disgusting unacceptable behaviour.

I always have very positive experiences with the Drs in this practice. Been a handful of times and will be coming back.
