I cannot recommend enough Mediclinic. From the first point of contact making the appointment over the phone, to the interaction with Dr Sukwinder Singh. They are all caring and exceptional professionals.

Popped in to have my COVID injection without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised to be attended to very quickly and professionally.

It was easy to book online, and the vaccination process was the same - I turned up, waited 2 minutes - had the jab - all done in 10 minutes!

A wonderful little medical centre! The doctors and all the other staff, are very professional, kind, caring and efficient. Their communication with me was outstanding. Thank you very much.

I have been attending this practice for over six years, and I have consistently found the doctors and nurses to very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Equally the reception staff are consistently friendly, efficient, and good communicators. In particular, my doctor, Dr Randhawa is excellent. I highly recommend MedClinic Family Practice.

Dr Channi was absolutely lovely and so helpful this morning. The pathologist who did my blood test was so kind, patient and nurturing, I'm a fainter with needles and she was exactly the person I needed. She was also really quick and precise with the needle too. I definitely recommend these guys:)

I wanted to book for follow up to my test result, the girl at the receptionist charged another $70 just for the follow up. Never going to this clinic again.

Not impressed today.
Went in to get results from previous tests for breathing problems. And bloods.
Also had sore throat and ear.
Results were unhelpful, and ear check was virus take panadol

I had a bad appointment. I have a big issue in my eye, two doctors didn’t know what was going on, just say to buy a drop eye. They charged me $70 for 5min of consultation and say “no ideia”. The doctor gave me a wrong document to book an appointment to a ophthalmologist and I had to come back there to get this document, they charged me $39.75 and said I could get it back by my NIB insurance. I contacted NIB to claim this worth and they said they paid directly to the clinic, so the clinic received twice payments and don’t want to refund me back. They don’t answer my emails and calls many excuses.

I am incredibly impressed with this practice, and Dr Sukhwinder Singh Randhawa’s exceptional care.

Currently living in the UK and back in Aus to visit family over the Holidays. Needed a last minute appointment between Xmas & NYE and was struggling to find a Dr.

Having previously only attended private practices and boutique medical clinics when I lived in Sydney, I was dubious about the quality of care from a medical centre within a Priceline at a mall.

However I have been absolutely blown away. From the first contact when I was advised I could see the Dr the same day though a walk in appt, the care, kindness, and flexibility of reception is above any other Dr I have ever visited.

Dr Sukhwinder Singh Randhawa himself was fantastic. He performed a small procedure (on the same day!), that involved local anaesthetic and a small indecision and sub-dermal device removal, and of the 5 times I have had this before, this was the most straight forward, pain-free, and skilled procedure of them all.

I had another concern which he thoroughly investigated, and when my results were all clear, took my concerns and pain seriously and has referred me on to a specialist.

Cannot recommend enough, and don’t let the setting put you off! Coincidentally, Dr Randhawa had previously worked in the UK for the NHS, and I wish I could find a Dr like him in the UK!

Dr Chani is one of the best doctors I have ever found! She is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable, I feel very safe putting my health in her hands!

All Drs are great but Dr. Sharron Phillipson is my Dr of choice - she is so knowledgeable easy to talk to extremely empathetic and always lovely to chat to - I would highly recommend her and the practise as a whole is a very pleasant place to visit.

After visiting many clinics and in extreme disappointment i was about to switch for the specialised private health clinics due to health concern because I was not getting the serious attention to my health in the government centres. I found this clinic where I got appointment with Dr Sukhwinder Ran.extremely helpful doctor whose way of treatment is excellent. I’m extremely satisfied with this doctor and will stick to him in future.

Used the telehealth service during COVID.
Overall it was OK. Room for improvement: I selected the option for the doctor to video call on whatsapp because I needed to show a problem on my skin. The doctor ended up calling via phone and requested me to hang up and send pictures of the problem to an info@med.email. The doc called back later on to ask some questions and prescribe the medicine.
