Oh my goodness, let me tell you about this exceptional worker who is an absolute superstar! From the moment I walked in, their energy and enthusiasm were infectious. They made it their mission to ensure that every single aspect of my experience was nothing short of perfection. They went above and beyond to make sure I was not only satisfied but genuinely thrilled with everything! And let me tell you about those beautiful gift boxes they put together for my employees. It was like a treasure trove of happiness! Each box was carefully created with items that were sure to bring a smile to everyone's face. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly showcased their dedication to making people feel special. PACKAGING WAS BEAUTIFUL! But it wasn't just about the gifts. This worker took the time to educate me about things I had no clue about. They patiently explained everything, making sure I understood and felt confident. It was like having a personal guide who genuinely cared about my growth and success. And can we talk about her incredible kindness during this busy holiday season, Despite the hustle and bustle, they still managed to greet me with a warm smile and ask about my day. They even went the extra mile by suggesting some Christmas shopping or self-gifting ideas. It made me feel seen and cared for, especially when this is the first Christmas without any family as my daughter passed away so I had no family to gift apart from workers or receive any gifts from anyone, she then offered to make me a surprise gift box and gift it to me for Christmas on her behalf and told me your never alone, she genuinely touched my heart and that’s when I noticed this job was a lot more than a job to her she’s there to brighten peoples day and leave a good memory with everyone that shops there. I told her definitely not as I didn’t want her to spend her hard working money on me, so I asked her to still make me a surprise gift box with my budget and I’ll buy it but I won’t open it up until Christmas and so we did. We did that. I will never forget that moment and I’m glad I will get to experience Christmas gifting and the love this holiday season with a worker like her! This exceptional worker's passion, dedication, and genuine care for their customers are truly unmatched. This experience left me tearing. We need more love in the world and acts of kindness as they go a long way. They have a knack for making you feel like the most important person in the room. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants an extraordinary experience!

It was horrible experience that I ve ever been faced, in Mecca. Its always been place I would go and enjoy my shopping experience. I went to store with intention to purchase perfume, I knew what i wanted to purchase. The young asian lady, who were in perfume section, was rolling eyes on me and been extremely rude, she didn’t gave me any service to make her exhausted it took me 10 second to ask her to grab me what I m willing to buy. She closed drawer till perfumes on the shelfs was falling. I asked her why so aggressive? She replies: it always falling. Seriously, she better digest that she s working in customer service environmental place, I didn’t come to her home to distract her. Her gesture manner its horrible.

I highly recommend The Mecca at Myer in the Sydney Cbd. It has a fun atmosphere and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about the products. They really go the extra mile for you and care about your experience and purchases!

Always a great experience with Mecca. Went in today and was greeted quite quickly, I was then served by Daniella T, who was absolutely lovely. She was helpful while not being pushy, sweet and approached everyone with kindness (even a rude customer that was demanding attention and falsely accusing her of not saying sorry when a little bit of make up got on her). She patiently helped me to find a suitable concealer shade, which I got a sample of to see how it works with my other make-up and suggested a NARS lip stain colour that I liked and ended up buying. I also got a primer that she helped me find. I would have left one of those “how was your recent experience” email review for her but I did not receive one (I am following up on this but I think the cashier forgot to put my membership details in and I forgot too). Not sure if Sephora is any good, but I never go there anymore because experience with Mecca always keeps me coming back!

Definitely a great place with so many choices that you’ll definitely walk out with something. The staff members are always so lovely and generous with their samples to try before committing into buying full size products! Cannot live without them

It may not have every label here but I got the shade that I wanted for a blush i’ve been wanting. Not too crowded. The vibe here is also great and customer service is good. They are very helpful. Keep it up!

The staff are ALWAYS so friendly and nice! I've never had a a rude/terrible encounter here. I accidentally caught a girl before she was about to go on break/go home and she took a few minutes to help me find a product. Then at checkout, one of the girls asked if I used the extra strength exfoliating pads and went on to explain about them to me when I told her I hadn't (honestly I'm so glad she did). This is all during peak hour in the store! I really wish I grabbed both of their names because they definitely deserve the recognition.

First of all, the store itself is stunning. I went with my friend to get soldered bracelets via Sarah & Sebastian, but we accidentally booked for piercings instead. The team managed to squeeze us in anyway without any issues or hassle and Molly who soldered the bracelets for us was so nice and friendly and did a really good job. A really nice experience which could have been the opposite if the team were not so accommodating and professional. Loved it

Old school departmental store. Very much like a mini wanna be Selfridges. Nice array of products ranging from cosmetics, perfumes clothing etc.

Girl serving me was more than a little sassy, but products always available with a wide range to choose from. I got what I went for at a price I was happy to pay.

Great store, we met a lovely female employee (sorry I forgot your name) who was not only very friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to niche perfumes and perfume in general. Knew about the notes and how they interacted with each other. She even knew the inspiration of the perfumer who created the scent we purchased. I'll be back soon.
